Tolle Lage in wunderschönen Natur! Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer und die Einrichtung etwas verwohnt, veraltet, die Möbel aif dem Balkon nicht mehr sehr frisch!
Hôtel agréable dans un beau cadre de verdure. Les chambres sont intéressantes mais avec une décoration très ancienne. La moquette nécessite un vrai rafraîchissement ! L'espace Spa-Wellness est par contre beaucoup plus accueillant.||||Le personnel est professionnel et très sympathique. Ils essaient de toujours arranger ||||Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix.||||Le verre de vin blanc (pas mal du tout) est moins cher qu'un café !||||Hôtel d'un bon rapport qualité-prix pour dormir.

Lep hotel, žal nimajo prilagojenih sob za invalide, so pa vsaj dostopne in velike. Ker je do jedilnice potrebno iti po stopnicah sem, kot uporabnica invalidskega vozička, morala iz hotela in po zunanji strani do nje. Hrana dobra, osebje zelo prijazno. Rada se vračam z družino.

Di fianco alle piste da sci si può percorrere in primavera per raggiungere la cima di un monte dove é possibile osservare la città dall'alto, confortevoli e spaziose le camere, ottima la colazione e il rapporto qualità prezzo

The hotel has two parts: new 4* - which was good and 3*. Receptionist was friedly, however not very professional - from my point of view flirting with men is not so professional...||Wellness seems to be nice, changing space could be separated for men and women. I liked the whirpool, however the water was colder to sit there for longer time... Sauna area is clean and very nice. I missed a pool, however - nice place for relax. ||I went to the restaurant for dinner, which was the worst part of my stay. It is it the older part of the hotel (3*), the restaurant is old, nice view is covered with dark and dirty curtains, tables were dirty (after previous guests) and during whole my stay nobody cleaned them. I chose a place for dinner (the restaruant was empty) and had to change, because the waiter didnt want to clean up my table... His language knowledges were very poor and his "offer" of wine was just catastroph. Food was good.||Breakfast - after my awful evening experience - was surprisingly good with a wide range of fresh and healthly options as well as warm food.||If you get a good price, it is a good hotel but desperately needs renovation of the restaurant and training of the staff.
