Vec sam dosta puta prespavao u ovom hotelu - soba i recepcija su i dalje super, ali ponasanje osoblja u restoranu je grozno, postalo mi je tesko ignorirat to. Vratit cu se u DoubleTree dok ne poprave situaciju ovdje.

WE WILL NEVER COME BACK We booked a night at the Hilton Garden Inn in Zagreb on our way to Postira, Croatia, for our summer holidays. We made the reservation from Switzerland thinking we’d pass through Zagreb, but only 20 minutes later we realized our route didn’t go through the city. We tried to cancel the booking immediately, as driving 150 km out of the way just to sleep there made no sense — and then another 150 km back the next day. The woman we spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and didn’t care about our situation at all. She kept repeating the hotel’s policy and told us to contact Booking.com since we booked through them. The agent at Booking.com actually understood our situation and even contacted the hotel on our behalf to request a cancellation. The hotel asked for written confirmation from Booking.com, which they provided — but still, the hotel refused to cancel our stay. So we had no choice but to drive the extra 150 km to get to the hotel. And when we finally arrived, they informed us that we couldn’t even stay in the same room as a family — we are a couple with two kids, and they had no connecting family rooms available. Still, they refused to cancel the reservation, even though they didn’t meet the conditions we needed for our stay. This was our third time staying at this hotel — we often travel from Switzerland to Croatia, Albania, and Greece during summer, and we used to stop here for one night. But never again. 👎

Hava alanından merkeze gelen 290 numaralı otobüs durağı ile otel 900 metre. Merkeze ana meydana tramvayla gitmek zor durak uzak. Bunun haricinde Kahvaltısı çok güzel. Yatakları rahat odaları geniş. Otel çalışanları ilgili
spotlessly clean room and quite large. The hotel is close to the city's attractions and we went walking because our motto is "walking a city you feel its rhythm". The staff are excellent professionals! The hotel really relaxed us as it was a stop on our trip. The only "complaint" was the towels in the bathroom which were not soft and fluffy to please you in the bath. It doesn't matter!! it's their design that way!!!!!

Είναι ένα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο σε καλή θέση για να έχεις πρόσβαση στην πόλη ακόμη και με τα πόδια ευρύχωρα δωμάτια οι πετσέτες δεν είναι απαλές αλλά δεν φαίνονται παλιές έχει πολύ βολικό πάρκινγκ και εύκολη πρόσβαση από τον αυτοκινητόδρομο

Super obsługa, naprawdę bardzo wszyscy mili i pomocni. Co do lokalizacji dla mnie super ale ja lubię chodzić o temperatura mi nie przeszkadza. Do old town jest około 2,5 km. Uber kosztuje 8 euro więc też lux

The Hilton Garden Inn, Zagreb is a great choice if you're visiting Zagreb. I was only here for a day but enjoyed my stay. The hotel felt very new and the room was excellent. I also received a welcome fruit tray along with a very kind welcome note, which I truly appreciated. Breakfast was also excellent. There are many restaurant and cafe options nearby as well. Another added plus is that the hotel offers self service laundry so if you're on vacation and stopping in Zagreb for a few days, this hotel is a great choice.
