Bu otelde 5 gün konakladık. Gözlemlerime kaldığımız odadan başlayayım, artı yönü ses yalıtımı var ve havalandırma güzel çalışıyor. Havlular temiz, oda ve carsaflar temizdi. Eksi yönleri: Dolaplarin içi çok kötü kokuyor açıkça ne koktuğunu yazmayacağım fakat 5 gün boyunca kıyafetlerimi valizimin içinde tutmak zorunda kaldım. Odada su dışında bir ikram yok. Kahve makinesi koymuşlar kullanmak ücretli. Baska hicbir 4 yıldızlı otelde ücretli değildir. Ayrıca odada su ısıtıcı yok sadece bu kahve makinesi var. Saç kurutma makinesi duvara monte edilmiş ve kullanirken sürekli çekiştirip tuşuna basmaniz gerekiyor. Kolum ağrıdı saçımı kuruturken. Banyoda sadece sampuan&dus jeli var. Saç kremi yok, tek kullanimlik diş fircasi da yok tabii, bu genelde olmuyor zaten. Bilgi olsun diye detay veriyorum; yastık yorgan kuş tüyü değil, yatak orta rahatlikta. öğrenci yurdunun olduğu güzel manzaralı bir yere bakiyor, öğrenciler akşamları pencere açıkken gürültü yapabiliyor ama pencereyi kapatınca ses gelmiyor. Kahvalti ile devam ediyorum. Küçük bir alanda servis ediliyor fakat çeşitler yeterli ve lezzetli. Yalnız hijyen açısından emin değilim çünkü marine edilmiş mantardan saç çıkmıştı. Konaklayan biri düşürmüş de olabilir tabii açık büfe sonuçta. Kahvalti alaninda teras mevcut ama bir gün orada kahvalti edebiliyorken diğer gün görevli gelip no no no burada yiyemezsiniz içeride yemelisiniz diyor. Yani orada yiyemezsiniz sanırım. Bir de kahve makinesi biraz değişik çalışıyor ve onunla ilgili sorun yaşarsanız da personel sinirlenebiliyor. Kullanmayı bilmiyorsanız makinenin önünde durun ve vahiy inmesini bekleyin. Resepsiyon görevlileri güler yüzlü ve yardimsever, kafeterya görevlileri ise daha agresif diyebilirim. Konaklamam hakkinda genel izlenimim 3 yıldızlı bir otel gibiydi.

The service is great. You can have a very good time at the rooftop restaurant bar. They have a guarded parking space. The breakfast is average. The rooms are a little outdated. In general, this is a nice place for families and business to accommodate.. enjoy your stay

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Heritage Hotel in Belgrad. Das Personal war durchweg höflich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen – abwechslungsreich und lecker. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, elegant, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, modern, and immaculately clean — perfect for resting after a full day exploring the city. What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail and quality service. Every member of the team made me feel at home, and their local recommendations were spot-on. The rooftop restaurant is a must — I enjoyed a delicious dinner at sunset with panoramic views of the city. It was the kind of moment that transforms a stay into a lasting memory. Whether you're in Belgrade for business or leisure, I can’t recommend Heritage Hotel enough. It blends contemporary design, comfort, and a genuine sense of Serbian hospitality in a way that few places do. I’ll definitely return.

Comfortable hotel in Belgrade. Rooms are clean and nice,not so big,air condition works ok. Breakfast continental more and less is good. Very good coffie in bar(you need to pay extra). Great veiw from restaurant on the roof. Hotel location is out of center so for peoples on the road its ok. For peoples who want to visit town you need to order taxi or tram and bus stop is near by. The best two stops and walk by great district of Belgrade where you can also find Tesla museum.

The rooms are spacious and comfy. The breakfast is very nice. Free parking is available. The staff is very interested. It was a little far from the city center (40 minutes). But it wasn't a problem for us. It can be reached by public transport in a shorter time.

Sehr freundliches Personal und schnelle|Kommunikation. Klasse Rooftop Bar und Mitarbeiter dort. Sehr aufmerksam. Mit Englisch sehr gute Verständigung. Gute Küche. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und die Betten bequem. Viele TV Sender, auch die „speziellen" waren inklusive :-)||Das Frühstück war gut.

I am a regular guest there and i would not change the Hotel to another even not for free.|The location is perfect, the people are nice, the price is correct and the accomodation is more than suitable - for everybody.|Clean and spacious with all the necessary features…i just love it here. And now in the summer the terase is beutiful.

It was very close to buses and other means of transportation. The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff was attentive. We had no problems with check-in and check-out. The right hotel for a family vacation. I would definitely recommend it…..
