Tal vez la única pega que le pondría es que para la cantidad de huéspedes que coincidimos en el hotel, la zona de bufet de desayuno es un poco pequeña. Por lo demás, la habitación era espectacular, la ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica y la atención buenísima. Repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas

L’hotel è moderno ed elegante, ideale per viaggi di lavoro e vacanza. Le stanze sono spaziose e ben insonorizzate. La pulizia della stanza è imprecisa in quanto abbiamo trovato parecchia polvere, macchie e una bomboletta di deodorante del cliente precedente. Ce ne siamo accorti la sera tardi, segnalandolo al check out la receptionist molto gentile, si è scusata ma nulla più il che sorprende per un hotel 5*. La colazione è faraonica, e molto buona! Il garage è comodissimo visto che puoi andare in centro comodamente a piedi.

Quando i 5 stelle sono meritati!|Struttura molto bella e moderna a 500 mt dalla piazza centrale di Lubiana. Climatizzazione perfetta e vista stupenda sui monti. Personale estremamente gentile. Posto auto in garage gratuito ( credo dipenda dal periodo: dovrebbe costare 30 euro al giorno). Insonorizzazione perfetta. Colazione completa e di ottima qualità

We had a lovely time at this hotel, the location and the easy access to both train and bus station was very easy and convenient. We stayed 3 nights (group of 4) at this hotel, staff were great; especially, Martina and Vuk at reception. Both were very friendly, pleasant and helpful, Booked the superior rooms, Vuk upgraded one the the rooms as it was a bit smaller than the other one. Breakfast was great with big selection of food.

Le stelle se le merita tutte per accoglienza eleganza e confort. Disponibili cartine della città ma il centro storico è a 700 mt dall’hotel parcheggio custodito e gratis. Parlano Italiano solo alcuni dipendenti

The so called 5 stars hotel was a tragedy.Small rooms,room service that doesn't wanna take cash and only credit cards and above all INPOLITINESS.|Our supper was at 20:00 and we went to the restaurant at 20:15.There was no meat for us to eat and a very impolite cook told us:this is it,we are not refilling,take it or leave the restaurant.When we asked for the manager a more impolite person came and after an argument that he was very hostile he told us:I don't have time to talk to you,I'm busy,go complain to the reception.Otherwise,eat broccoli.And he turned his back on us.|We went to the reception,where a very polite and civilized person asked us to forgive their employees and that he would make a report for them.|In conclusion,we ate donner across the street,which was far more tastier.|Bad advertisement for a marvelous city such as Ljubljana

Divne sobe, odlična pozicija u gradu. Ali... Daleko je to od smještaja s 5*. Trebalo bi biti puno urednije i čišće. Prašine posvud, prljava školjka, 3 osobe u sobi, jedan set za toaletu... Doručak bi mogao biti bolji.
