We had a great stay here for 3 nights. Reception helped arrange for a last minute room change as we felt we needed extra bathroom capacity between a family of 4 and all at a very reasonable price! Special shout out to Albin who helped us with our car parking and Anoop for always keeping the breakfast well stocked area tidy. We will definitely be returning (maybe without the teenagers next time :)

Ubicació immillorable. Esmorzar complet i abundant. Habitacions grans i modernes. Els inconvenients: el parking és petit, s’omple de seguida; compartit amb l’hotel Eurostars (de la mateixa cadena). La piscina, coberta, també és compartida, i cal reservar plaça. No ens va agradar. La resta tot molt bé.

Edificio costruito nel 1905 in stile Liberty, versione Secessione viennese, da Josip Vancaš, architetto asburgico legato alla cittá di Serajevo, era uno degli alberghi più grandi e lussuosi all'epoca. Nel corso degli anni ha mantenuto la struttura originaria e un'eccellente qualità dei servizi. In ottima posizione per visitare la cittá, vale in pieno la cifra, non proprio modesta, del soggiorno. Raccomandabile, si vive in un'opera d'arte!

Siamo stati 3 notti e questo hotel ci ha soddisfatto in tutto. Intanto ci hanno offerto una stanza più grande al prezzo della normale con due letti da una piazza e mezza al settimo piano con balcone, vista sulla città. Camera davvero spaziosa corredata di tutto persino di un asse per tenere in piega la roba. Bagno ampio e attrezzato di tutto a partire dai dispencer di shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma, crema corpo etc non le solite mini bottigliette. Staff cordiale e disponibile, ci hanno consigliato alcuni ristoranti davvero ottimi. Colazione varia e abbondante e soprattutto servita a partire dalle 6,30, ottimo orario per persone che devono lavorare o abituate ad alzarsi presto. Piscina al nono piano da usufruire previa prenotazione. Unico neo che essendoci parecchia gente alcune persone dopo un bagno ristoratore, visto il caldo di quei giorni, non potevano accomodarsi nelle sdraio, sicuramente insufficienti. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto la struttura ma non sempre disponibile perché al completo. Posizione centralissima. Consigliassimo anche per rapporto qualità prezzo

Superbe, nous étions au Eurostar Union UHotel, qui fait parti du même hôtel, c'est une sorte d'extension derrière, la salle du petit déjeuner et la piscine sont partagées par 'les deux établissements

The hotel is located in a historic building which of course has advantages (it is charming and central) and disadvantages (somewhat old-fashioned as for modern standards). Anyone can imagine that by reserving the hotel. The main problem is different : the historical building (110 rooms) is directly connected to a more modern and bigger one (250 rooms). Both share all equipments and amenities. You reserved a charming historic hotel… and you eventually find yourself in a 350-rooms resort. This has direct consequences : ⁃ On breakfast : it takes place in a huge concert hall instead of the nice tiny dining room you may see on pictures. At first the concert hall looks impressive but it’s extremely busy and noisy. You better hurry up to eat before getting headaches. ⁃ On the swimming pool : the nice small pool you see on pictures has to be shared with the occupants of the 350 rooms. You have to reserve in advance which is not specified when you book the hotel. ⁃ On the car park : you’re not sure to find a parking slot since the car park has not been designed for receiving so many guests. During our 3 nights there, our car had to stay in 3 different car parks (other city parkings cost 30 euros per day instead of the hotel’s 19 euros). You can’t reserve a parking slot, it’s crowded and badly managed with a hypothetical valet we never saw, and if you leave it you’re not sure to find a slot when you come back later the same day. So, before booking this hotel you better know that it may appear as a charming historical hotel but it’s rather a big ressort with limited amenities as compared to the real number of rooms.

(+) fantastic location in the center of the city, next to all the attractions, transport ,etc; on the other hand you can feel the age of the hotel but also they make great effort to maintain / clean it.|(+) the room I've had was big, nice view, even a balcony|(+) access to a pool (but you must book an hour)|(+) nice and efficient check-in/check-out||(+/-) the breakfast is OK, big range of choices, lots of space but is somehow not what expected from a 4 stars hotel (quality and especially the presentation of the food). It feels a bit cheap, especially when you consider that is shared with the neighboring Grand Hotel Union Eurostars, which has in theory an even higher standard||(-) the card system to the rooms is faulty, I had to change my card on each day of my stay

Let’s start with the positives: great location in town and excellent breakfast on offer.|Now for the negatives: the bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all - the toilet had what looked like skid marks (!) and the mirror was stained. the furniture in the room was outdated and the sheets felt damp. |The worst part for us however was the lack of service from the reception staff. When booking the room I had requested a travel cot for our baby. Upon arrival at the hotel it was still too early for check in however I asked for confirmation that a cot would be in the room, the lady at the reception said she would make a note. When we finally checked in a few hours later I reminded the gentleman at the reception that we needed a cot - he said it should be in the room already but if it wasn’t I should call them immediately. Alas once we got into the room (with a very tired baby) the cot was nowhere to be seen. I called the reception numerous times (no one was picking up the phone) and was told they would bring us a cot. Half an hour passed but nothing so we went to reception to ask again. It took them an hour to provide the cot but … it had no mattress! They had rolled up a woolly blanket (in August!) and covered it with a sheet. Not only is it ridiculously hot, it’s also unsafe for a baby to sleep on. |I would expect better from a 4 star hotel.

This is a great place. Loved the location near presheren square and triple bridge. I enjoyed visiting with Pavlic at the front desk as well, he goes out of his way to help. I enjoyed Luca and Blaz’ company as well. Breakfast was great, rooms were great. Parking garage was entertaining for sure but works. Glad I stayed here and will again. My son and I got haircuts in the barber shop, good experience there too. These people are very good at what they do and it shows!|Thank you

Checkin staff were great until they offered a room upgrade due to our length of stay. But couldn’t make it happen due to a full hotel. 👎|Advised to check back in the morning. Checked in the morning, but it was too early. We had a full day trip planned and told the hotel we would be back after 6. |Back at the hotel and no upgrade, given to someone else. Why promise then not deliver. ???|Beware of room 144. There is industrial HVAC machinery outside the bedroom window. You’ll need ear plugs.

We were told at check in that because we were staying 5 nights we’d get a free upgrade but to check again the following morning. I checked the next morning after breakfast to be told the room would become available around noon. I told them we were out all day on an organised tour and would not be back at the hotel until around 5pm. When I returned I was told I was too late and the room was gone. I was then told to check the following morning to be told that the hotel was fully booked and to check the following day. I told them I’d just leave it and stay where we were for our holiday. |Now, the noise I thought to be our air con in our room turned out to be industrial machinery right outside our window!! Not happy with undelivered promises.

The hotel is in a good location so you can walk wherever you want to go. The rooms are very nice with more than adequate bathrooms. There is breakfast that is amazing and has anything that you could ever want. Staff was helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Pro: - Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich - Saubere und komfortable Zimmer - bequemes Bett - modernes Bad mit vielen Pflegeprodukten - top Lage um das Zentrum zu besuchen - e-Ladestation an der Straße - Fernseher mit vielen Programmen Contra: - Parkhaus sehr schnell belegt und eng - Frühstücksbuffet sehr viele Menschen auf einmal - Pool zu klein und zu wenig Liegen

Son 2 hoteles separados por un pasillo viejo, sin plazas disponibles de parking, muy viejo todo, descuidado, personal de comedor muy antipático, desayuno malo en calidad y servido con desgana en un Salon que parece que te vaya a interrogar la KGB.|Las habitaciones malas, en la nuestra no funcionaba ni la caja de seguridad, ni la climatización, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta oyéndomela ruido del campanario cada 15 minutos.|La cama es muy incomoda, dura, no se adapta al cuerpo y las almohadas muy finas, parece que no entienden en algunos hoteles que los clientes van a descansar.|La tv estaba en una salida auxiliar en la que había una cocina en la que no se puede cocinar.|Esta muy bien ubicado|El parking que recomiendan cuesta 30.-€
