I wouldn't stay there again. Think it claims to be 4 stars, and some apps say near the City Center but not even close. The Blu is just as close, cheaper and 10x as nice. Intercontinental is a bit far from the tourist areas if you are walking for most people. Best Western is right downtown and has valet parking and is way nicer than any Best Western in the States. I'm glad I had a rental car. It's about a 15 minute drive to any of the tourist destinations. They do have plenty of free parking. The lobby is upstairs from the parking lot and no short term parking to check in. You have to go up an escalator because the elevator doesn't go to the ground level, so plan accordingly. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good, but no pancake or waffle syrup. The biggest issue with the hotel is the room itself. If you are on the highway side, expect to hear it. You could throw a baseball from your room to the highway. It's that close, and the windows don't block out the noise. Also, the bed wasn't exactly the best quality bed and a bit uncomfortable. Any Marriott, Radisson or Hilton property has better beds. Also, there was significant mildew in the shower...wouldn't even see that in a 2 star property in the States, and this is an American company, I thought? The furnishings had been chipped by years of use as well, most likely from luggage, but you need to replace or repair.

Hotel moderno y tranquilo ideal para salir a la carretera de circunvalación de Liubliana. Es un poco complicado desde el parking, la recepcion está en el segundo piso pero los ascensores funcionan bien y sin agobios. Muy bien aislado, no se oye la carretera ni la cercana obra de ampliación. Habitaciones modernas y confortables, tiene la pega para turistas de estar muy alejado del centro. El desayuno es muy abundante y variado, muy recomendable y energético.
