It is a Sheraton hotel but it was very cold in my room, they do not provide toosbrush, they do not provide bath robe but in stead they charged 150€/night. I do not recommend.

Amazing service and very nice rooms. They really go above and beyond to accomodate your needs. My mom fell sick here and staff was very kind. Some of the politest people, would recommend staying here

The way they are treating Tesla customers is appaling, I had a very negative experience with the reception when there were customer vehicles blocking the Superchargers. I was bascially told that they don’t have time for Tesla owners and we should ffind our own solution to the parking issue (that they created). Also the markings on the charger parkings are incorrect and dangerous even. It does not seem like they are planning to change that, since it has been the same for months. My suggestion is to avoid this hotel at all costs.

The location is a difficult place to get to without a personal car.The facilities and cleanliness are very good for the price.Service and staff are good at communicating in English and German.It is a place I want to go again next time.

Hôtel au top, idéalement situé quand on est en voiture et qu'on veut visiter le pays. Le service est de qualité, l'hôtel est beau et très bien entretenu, le grand parking gratuit est très appréciable, la piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir. Il y a plein de petits à côté agréables (des machines pour cirer ses chaussures, des TV modernes sur lesquels on peut connecter son téléphone, un vaste salon pour se détendre ou travailler, un grand bar pour boire un coup...). Vraiment irréprochable !

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Verfügt so ziemlich über alles was man sich wünschen kann: Pool, Sauna, Spa, Workplace, usw. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern. Die Mitarbeiter stets nett. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und von hoher Qualität. E-Fahrzeuge können hier ebenfalls geladen werden - freut einen sehr! Die Lage des Hotel ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - es liegt in einem Park an der Autobahn nahe Ljubljana. Heißt, mit Öffentlichen ist es nicht ganz ohne ins Stadtzentrum zu kommen, jedoch werden vom Hotel vereinzelt Shuttlebusse angeboten. Und dennoch, das Grün drumherum verleiht dem Hotel doch den Charm eines Urlaubshotels.
