Struttura molto carina a conduzione familiare, in pieno centro in immobile d epoca. I titolari molto gentili e la colazione varia ed abbondante. Il parcheggio privato poi rappresenta un vantaggio non da poco. Volendo si raggiungono le terme con 10 min di camminata lungo fiume

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia (2 adulti e 3 bambini dai 7 ai 12 anni) i giorni di Capodanno 2021, dal 31 al 2 gennaio. E' stata una magnifica esperienza non solo per i bei posti (Lasko e Celjie) ed il Centro Termale, ma anche e soprattutto per la magnifica accoglienza dell'Hotel e dei proprietari. L'albergo è molto tipico ed arredato, come da suo nome, in modo vintage e con molta cura. Tutto è pulitissimo e la camera (la nostra era una familiare con due stanze ed il bagno), era ampia e confortevole e dotata di tutti i confort. La cena e la colazione, abbondanti e buonissime, semplici e molto genuine. E i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Un tre stelle che consigliamo volentieri!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel. Leider aber fühlte man sich nicht sehr willkommen, weil die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit der Besitzer gegenüber den Gästen schlichtweg garnicht vorhanden war! Das Haus war auch tagsüber nicht beheizt und im Frühstücksraum war es kalt. Der zuerst telefonisch vereinbarte Preis, war dann nicht der per sms von den Besitzern bestätigte Preis, erst nach mehreren Telefonaten wurde der zuerst vereinbarte Preis schlussendlich doch bestätigt. Schade!

Ein sehr süßes kleines Hotel mit etwas kitschig aber viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Zimmern. Ruhige Lage, alles ist sauber und ordentlich und die Besitzer sind sehr liebenswert und nett. Das beste ist das Frühstück - lecker, viel und mit frischen selbstgemachten Pancakes.

A nice hotel in the center of laško with private parking and good discount for swimming in the thermal pool. Owners are very hostile, they advised places for visiting and restaurants in the nearby area. The breakfast was very decent, good coffee machine, the room was very clean with all necessary stuff: a mini-bar, a conditioner, towels. Highly recommended for staying!

Будьте осторожны, хозяева отеля - жулики. Нарушили правила бронирования и списали полную сумму за проживание за 2.5 месяца до даты заезда. Воспользовались ситуацией с пандемией и не вернули деньги за неоказанные услуги. У отеля нет сайта и адреса электронной почты, указанный в бронировании телефон не отвечает, связаться с хозяевами не представляется возможным. Читайте внимательно все отзывы! Be careful, the hotel administration is crooks. Violated the booking rules and charged the full amount for the stay 2.5 months before the date of arrival. They took advantage of the situation with the pandemic and did not return the money for unproven services. The hotel does not have a website or email address, the phone number specified in the reservation is not answered, and it is not possible to contact the owners. Read all reviews carefully!

Had a pretty bad experience with this place. After booking this place weeks before our trip, we arrived in the evening to find the hotel closed. No one answered the number on the side of the building nor the number listed on the booking website. After looking at my reservation, I realized we had arrived at 7:35 PM, which was 35 min after the hotel's check-in period (4-7). When I contacted the hotel via the booking app, the message I got back was short and pretty rude (you're on your own and figure it out). We did arrive after the check-in period, there is no arguing that, and the staff of the hotel is certainly in their rights to offer us no help. However, chastising a customer who has already paid, not offering any suggestions on where we might try to find another place, and in general making a bad situation even worse, isn't what I would expect from staff. Given that this is a very small hotel in a pretty small town (we looked and couldn't find any other hotels open), the staff at Trubarjev might have tried to contact us via the booking app or call us since they did have our phone number on the reservation. In the least, suggesting where we might go would have helped us a lot. If they would have put in a minimum amount of effort, I would have apologized thoroughly and we would have arrived to the hotel immediately since we had actually stopped to grab a bite to eat less than minutes from the hotel. I should have looked better at the reservation and realized what time check-in ended, however the whole situation left a very poor impression of the people who run this hotel. Laško (and Slovenia in general) is filled with many pleasant people, so why not support those people and book in their hotels instead of this one?
