Usluga katastrofa. Bili smo na privatnom slavlju u hotelu gde sat vremena nisam mogao da dobijem jednu kafu... Čekao sam pola sata kada mi je rečeno da je aparat za kafu u sali pokvaren. Morao sam da se popnem na recepciju i sam sebi kupim kafu. Ovako nešto nigde nisam doživeo. Umesto da osoblje svečane sale ode do prvog aparata za kafu koji radi u hotelu i gostu pripremi kafu, gosti treba sami da se snalaze u hotelu sa 4 zvezdice... Usluga za privatna slavlja zaslužuje 0 zvezdica.

This is an outstanding hotel. Staff very friendly speaking many languages. Food excellent. Rooms very quiet and clean. About 20 minute transfer from the airport and city about 15 minutes.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very good experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. My room was spotless, spacious, I especially loved the breakfast buffet – fresh options and great coffee to start the day. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belgrade.

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Room was very nice and breakfast was extremely nice with a lot of really fresh ingredients! Everything was really nice. Hotel is located on the "right" side of the bridge so it is easy to get in and out of the city.
