Gutes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden und Kostenlos. Reinigungsservice kommt ab ca. 8:30 Uhr. Wir sind aber außerhalb der Saison hier, daher kann es sein, dass die Reinigungskraft mehr Zeit hat.

Resort localisé en première ligne côtière, face à une plage aménagée en accès direct par les jardins, bordée d'une promenade piétonne desservant le centre historique de Zadar en quelques trois quarts d'heure. Excellent service par un personnel attentionné et professionnel, dans une atmosphère discrètement haut de gamme et d'une grande quiétude. Choisir cet hôtel est un parfait compromis entre détente balnéaire, découverte des trésors de Zadar (au sortir du domaine hôtelier se trouve la station du bus n°8 allant au centre-ville) et visite des hauts lieux de la région (grâce aux proches routes et pistes cyclables reliant Zadar au sud, Nin, Vir et Pag au nord).
On arrival at the Adriana the door read "Welcome Home" and how right it was. From the second we entered the hotel we felt so at home. All the staff were incredible but Maja and Marjan (the heavenly 'twins' they looked so alike) were so helpful and friendly cheerful and chatty. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Nina the manager was more than helpful too sorting out our taxi problem so admirably.|The dining room itself was a work of art with floor to ceiling windows all the way around. You felt like you were dining outdoors which was fantastic as the grounds are so beautiful. The food was incredible, so many choices on the menu but if there was nothing you fancied there was an extensive buffet available.|The hotel has obviously recently refurbished and our room was an absolute delight with an enormous balcony overlooking the grounds to the sea. Amazing sunsets.|All in all a fantastic holiday. We cannot wait to return.

Lovely hotel- all staff were excellent - friendly and welcoming - but Lucia was exemplary on reception helping us with everything we needed. Food was lovely and plenty of choice; rooms were spotless and well appointed. All areas very clean and the pool sparkles in the sunshine. A very pleasant stay at the end of an adventure week.

Hotel was prima, helaas was het weer in mei wat minder maar heerlijk om te relaxen aan het zwembad. Zee was kiezelstrand. Het eten 's avonds was geen buffet maar elke dag een ander menu waar je kon kiezen uit vlees, vis of vegetarisch.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage Das Hotel ist sehr schön und überzeugt durch seine hervorragende Lage am Meer. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Auch das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, sodass jeder etwas Passendes findet. Bis ins Zentrum und zur Altstadt von Zadar benötigt man zu Fuß etwa eine Stunde. Der Weg dorthin führt meistens direkt am Meer entlang. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Mitarbeiter am Empfang und beim Frühstück sehr sehr freundlich und zwar ehrlich freundlich. Das Buffet war sehr gut und hochwertig. Der Poolbereich toll und sauber mit einer phantastischen Lage. Wellness Behandlungen im dazugehörigen Nachbarhotel sehr professionell und der Bereich schön gestaltet. Die Zimmergröße angenehm, Kaffee Kapseln wurden täglich aufgefüllt sowie eine Flasche Wasser. ABER hundefreundlich so steht es am Eingang ist für mich mehr als nur ein winziges Hundetreatment bestehend aus einer Rolle Beutel, einer winzigen Tüte Leckerchen und einem Ball. Für 30€ pro Tag hätte ich wenigstens ein Set Näpfe und ein Kissen im Zimmer erwartet, sehr enttäuschend. Preisleistung ist trotz des wirklich tollen Hotels mit einem sehr guten Standard grenzwertig.

Não sei por onde começar, um hotel de charme, junto ao mar, com excelentes condições. Parque de estacionamento gratuito. Variado pequeno almoço e um quarto amplo, com café e água gratuito. Recomendo.

I wish I had taken pictures, we booked a sea view room, we had an awful view of the hotel roof, no sea! As you pull up to the resort you'd swear it was abandoned, it's in desperate need of a face lift! The only reason I'm giving this resort 3 stars is because of the staff. The staff checking in and out was great!

Old hotel with renovated rooms and old people, SPA is in the hotel near by. No elevator and you have to cary your luggage’s by yourself. Small but nice territory around. The personal is very nice and helpful, learned the German smile mastery. Better hotels could be found with the price of 200 eur/night in mid season…

Positive Bewertung: Servicepersonal ist außerordentlich bemüht, immer zur Stelle und ging wirklich auf sämtliche Wünsche von uns (6 Personen) ein. Sowohl früherer Zimmerbezug wie auch späteres auschecken war auf Wunsch möglich. Beim Frühstück wurden wir zusätzlich zum Buffet bestens umsorgt. Die Saft-und Gemüsepresse ist ein Highlight! Frühstückseier bekommt man in allen Zubereitungsarten. Leider war der Avocadoaufstrich sehr schnell aus und wurde die nächsten Tage auch nicht mehr Nachbereitung. Kräuter bzw. Schnittlauch wären beim Buffet auch fein gewesen, vorallem weil er in den Kräutertürmen ja auch schon reichlich vorhanden ist. Anlage wirklich sehr schön, ruhig und überschaubar und gleich in Strandnah. Negativ: Leider sind sämtliche Armaturen sowohl Duschen, Waschbecken wie auch die Pooldusche völlig veraltert und gehören ausgewechselt, es spritzt in alle Richtungen, und die Dichtungen der Duschtüren erfüllen auch nicht ihren Zweck, somit war täglich das Bad überschwemmt. Leider vermutlich auch dadurch, die Reinigungsdamen überfordert und haben kaum das Zimmer gesäubert, bzw vergessen Handtücher nachzulesen oder Wasserflecken wegzuputzen oder den Boden nicht zu säubern.- Aber wiegesagt bei diesen Amaturen ist es vermutlich eine Kunst alles perfekt zu machen. Genauso gehören am Balkon am Boden die Bretter fixiert, damit man auch draufsteigen kann und nicht der Tisch zu wackeln beginnt und somit Getränke oder Kaffee überschwemmt welche am Balkontisch stehen. Jedenfalls die Mitarbeiter und das Plätzchen der Anlage ist Top - alles andere kann man reparieren und sollte es auch bald machen, damit das Reinigungspersonal auch wieder anständig ihrer Arbeit nachgehen kann!
There is absolutely nothing luxury about this hotel, unfortunately. For €200 for the night, I was expecting some class, but you can see this place is falling apart with an obvious lack of investment. The hotel is in the same grounds as their other hotel aimed at families, which is no problem at all, but there is no difference between them. My room lacked shampoo and the plugs don’t work. There is hair on the curtains and the bed spread. |I travel every week throughout the year and this is definitely the worst 4* hotel I’ve stayed in a long time. Maybe if it was classed as a 3* and the price reflected that, more people may be more understanding about what they were paying for. |Please save yourselves the money and look elsewhere.

The staff treated me like family from the moment I walked In the door until the minute I checked out. From the front desk staff dining room and the room service teams were the best I have ever seen. The property was well maintained and super clean. The amenities offer are out of this world. One of the best hotel stays I have ever had !
