Najbolji djecji hotel u Hrvatskoj u kojem sam bila. Osoblje profesionalno i usluzno. Sobe prilagodene djeci,zanimljive. Hrana opravdava zvjezdice hotela. Uz veceru imate i vodu,mineralnu i sokove iz automata. Cisto,uredno. Imate sobu gdje mozete presvuci dijete,napraviti mu jelo, oprati ves…igraonica ima puno sadrzaja,game room,kino…animatori posveceni djeci. Iznenadena sam negativnim recenzijama. Ovo je mjesto gdje se rado vracamo. Nadam se da ce se opet i triatlon odrzavati na ovom mjestu. U sezoni je ipak cijena previsoka.

Sehr schön gelegene Anlage, Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Derzeit wird weiter ausgebaut, die Baustelle (Baukräne) stört nur optisch.

Polecam z całego serca dla rodzin dziećmi.Niesamowicie przystosowany dla małych dzieci .Nawet pieluchy i mleko modyfikowane było w strefie dla maluchów.Fajny hotel ,bardzo czysty,wystrój nowoczesny .Pokoje lepsze niż na zdjęciach. Jedzenie bardzo dobre ,świerze ,wybór duży,każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Pizza jak w dobrej pizzerii .Dla dzieci zawsze zupa i rosół ,myślę,że nawet niejadki nie wyjdą głodne.Obsługa rewelacja ,widać,że są przyzwyczajeni do dzieci bo są mili i wyrozumiali.Nie polecam ,jeśli ktoś chce przyjechać bez dzieci bo poprostu może się nie odnaleść:-) Strefa basenów,zjeżdżalnie,kino ,bawilania ,ścianka wspinaczkowa ......naprawdę jest co robić. A rodzice mogą mogą spokoju (może nie w ciszy)odpocząć podczas gdy maluchy się bawią.Czytalam tu opinie,że "sok w automatach to sam cukier" to są koncentraty :-) Do wymieszania z wodą.

An sich ein tolles Familienhotel an einem sehr schönen Ort welches wir seit vielen Jahren besuchen. Dieses Jahr (2025) hat es anscheinend größere Umstellungen gegeben mit der Folge das die Qualität und das Service stark abgenommen haben. Das bisher durchwegs gute Personal wurde dieses Jahr fast komplett ausgetauscht. Besonders Schade um das Animations-, Restaurantteam und die Schwimmlehrerin. Das neue Personal wirkt demotiviert, teilweise noch nicht eingeschult und handelt dementsprechend. Fragen/Wünsche bei der Rezeption (z.B. nach einem Wäscheständer) wurden erst nach dem 3 Mal nachfragen erfüllt. Berücksichtig man die überproportionalen Preissteigerungen (+130 % seit 2018) und immer neuen/mehr "Zusatzkosten" (Parken von 9,5 € -> 13 €/Tag, EV laden nur mittels 50 € Pauschale pro Ladevorgang, 13 € Nutzung des aufblasbaren Wasserparks pro 30 min - früher war der Alte gratis,...) wird das Bild nicht besser. Es wirkt teilweise so, dass der Gast nicht mehr an erster Stelle steht. Früher hat man sich wirklich umsorgt gefühlt.

Na plus : dużo atrakcji dla dzieci, pokoje urządzone również pod kątem dzieci. Jedzenie super, obiekt cały położony nad morzem Minusy: pokoje są zniszczone, podłoga tragedia, ręczników brak na basenie dwukrotnie nie mieliśmy ręczników Plaża moglaby być bardziej zadbana Brak dla psa misek w pokoju - za którego również płacimy. To właśnie są niedociągnięcia.... Na taką cenę jaką zapłaciliśmy za 5* hotel to gruba przesada. Jest bardzo dużo niedociągnięć bardzooooooo

Wszystko pięknie ale hotel wcale nie jest jakoś typowo pod dzieci , brak wielu atrakcji,brak konkretnych basenów , zjeżdżalni,sala zabaw to po prostu kilka atrakcji, w tym dwie interaktywne gry komputerowe o które dzieci dosłownie się biły. Zero obsługi , kontroli w sali zabaw, dzieci dosłownie się biły po głowach ,a rodzice niestety korzystali z wakacji. Jeśli już była zorganizowana impreza czy cokolwiek innego dla dzieci to tylko i wyłącznie w języku niemieckim, dziwne bo są tam też klienci z innych państw. Poza tym na plaży wielki kuszący zamek wodny ,jak się okazało ekstra płatny 10euro - 30 min..

Sehr schönes Hotel in wunderschöner Lage mit ausgezeichnetem Essen und freundlichem Personal. Leider befindet sich derzeit eine Baustelle direkt zwischen Hotel und Strand. Vor unserer Anreise wurde uns schriftlich versichert, dass die Bauarbeiten gesetzlich (!) im Juli und August ruhen MÜSSEN. Leider wurden die Arbeiten unbeirrt nach dem 30.6. weitergeführt (auch Samstags) was zu erheblichem Lärm am Strand führte. Unsere Beschwerde und Hinweis auf die Gesetzeslage wurde empathisch, höflich und professionell aufgenommen. Man war um eine gute Lösung für uns sehr bemüht. Wir erhielten eine großzügige Kompensation für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Leider sind die zahlreichen Nester der Schwalben am Balkon mit Schwalbenwanzen befallen, die sich in unserem Fall auch in das Bett meines Sohnes verirrt haben. Das war sehr unerfreulich, aber uns ist natürlich bewusst, dass die Nester nicht entfernt werden dürfen.

Bivanje v hotelu konec junija je bilo zelo prijetno. Soba je bila prostorna in udobna, hrana okusna in raznolika. Igralnice za otroke so lepo urejene in ponujajo veliko zabave za najmlajše. Posebej bi želeli izpostaviti izjemno človeški pristop direktorice hotela, gospe Ivanke Ajlec. Zna se postaviti v vlogo gosta, sliši in razume potrebe ter želje. Čeprav so se pojavile moteče pomanjkljivosti, jih je uspešno in hitro odpravila. Njen osebni pristop je popravil celotni vtis. Vse pohvale. V hotelu smo bili že lani, vsekakor pa se bomo ob prvi priliki še vrnili.

A wonderful family-focused Hotel located in a bigger Resort offering plenty of amenities. Our children loved the room, which is tied to their and thus our needs, the food was great and the entertainment program extensive. During hot midday the children loved the indoor pool and children's entertainment areas Baby land and Falkland. In spite of all the aforementioned there were a limited number of things we didn't like so much: we had warmer welcomes at the reception, the check-in time is quite late, whereas Check-out is quite early. In addition it should be mentioned that there is currently a building site nearby, which hasn't bothered us much, other than making sure it's not on the holiday pictures. It is audible mostly from the sand beach and children's outside play area.

2025 UPDATE We have no idea what had happened but this became a disaster starting from booking the holiday. We found a price to be much higher and service to be terrible. For the price of 4300€ it's disappointing. After finding the dates and the price on Booking we contacted a hotel directly to ask for a direct booking price, she couldn't even match the Booking.com price, it was higher and delivered in a rude manner. As we already booked our plane tickets and transfer we decided to go. Rooms are the same with a new terrible practice of mowning the lawn at 05am and cleaning the roads with a leaf blower - we're on a vacation!!!! Food choice is poor this year, same thing with fruits and sweets. Everything that was good they've removed. There's no refreshment corners anymore and NO WATER, you have to buy it. The hotel is empty this year, slide is closed, half of the hotel has been shut down due to some filming and staging all of it with no info provided to the guests or God forbid the apology for the inconvenience. There's an issue with a smaller pool, something sharp is sticking out from it so we got hurt as well as some other people. So we were out of the water for a day and a half spending it in our room with cuts on our body. This is definitely our last time here! Seems Croatian tourism is going down very fast. We do not want to contribute to a bad hotelier practice of prices higher than in Bora Bora for a non existent services and rudeness! Avoid at all costs, it will save you a bunch of money and nerves! 2024 Family hotel with lots of activities. Rooms are great for kids with a small section for climbing and their separate sleeping nook without the door. The only downfall is that despite being by the sea there's no sea water swimming pool and some kids are scared of seeing fish or have sensory overload and can't bear being in sand or walking on the pebbles. Would be nice if someone is thinking about kids with special needs. We had HB and it's enough as there's plenty of choices both for breakfast and dinner and everything is delicious. Special thanks to the lady making us omelets, she's local and amazing. We didn't fancy the Serbian lady at the entrance of the restaurant as she didn't try to speak English or the local language, she was pushing Serbian. The reception team was great and helpful, especially Ida and Lovre and the gentleman by the pool. Sasa, lady at the kids animation desk is amazing, many thanks to her. We'll be back!

Absolute Frechheit! Mussten Eintritt zum Strand bezahlen und täglich eine zusätzliche Gebühr für Liegen. Sie cashen ab wo es nur geht. Nebenan der Baustellenlärm. Nie wieder. Sind Stammgäste seit 10 Jahren… traurig!!!!!!!

I had high hopes for this hotel, but the experience was stressful and underwhelming. The biggest issue is that the “sea view” rooms actually overlook a large construction site, with trucks and noise throughout the day — far from relaxing. Service was inconsistent: a few professional staff, but many (especially at reception and in catering) were untrained or unfriendly. Dining was average, with good food only 3 out of 9 days, and one case of food poisoning. Rooms weren’t well cleaned, and our bathroom had broken fixtures. Heated pools were also too cold for small children, especially in the morning. At checkout, a promised discount and my membership number weren’t applied, and staff couldn’t resolve it. Also, there’s a €10/day “voluntary” tip automatically added unless you ask to remove it. The only real highlight was the excellent animation team. Overall, this felt more like a basic holiday village than a true 5-star Falkensteiner experience.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Macken. Buffet ist in Ordnung aber eher Masse statt Klasse. Kaffee am Frühstück ist nicht wirklich gut... Das hat noch Luft nach oben. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Nur die Rezeption könnte ein bisschen professioneller sein. Ansonsten für Familien mit Kleinen und größeren Kindern zu empfehlen 👍 Anlage ist riesig mit schönen, typisch kroatischen Stränden mit Kristallklarem Wasser. Tipp: Super schöne Sonnenuntergänge an den Chillout Lounges am Meer ☀️

Update 2025: Wir waren auch dieses Jahr wieder für 1,5 Wochen hier und können eine deutliche Verbesserung gegenüber 2024 feststellen. Positiv: - Neues Personal (gefühlt 90%) mit spürbar besserem Service - Deutlich sauberer als im Vorjahr - die Reinigungsprobleme scheinen behoben - Essensqualität und Auswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen weiterhin hervorragend - Gastronomie, Kinderaktivitäten und Strand nach wie vor top Kritikpunkt: Das E-Auto-Laden kostet nun 50€ (maximal 6h) zusätzlich zu den ohnehin 10€ Tiefgaragengebühr pro Tag. Dass es nicht kostenlos sein kann ist verständlich - in den Vorjahren waren die Concierges hauptsächlich mit dem Umparken der Autos beschäftigt. Aber 50€ ist überteuert, zumal die Ladestationen nicht für die günstigeren Anbieter-Apps (wie kwsolutions mit 25-30€) freigeschaltet sind. Fazit: Nach dem schwächeren Jahr 2024 hat sich das Hotel wieder gefangen. Der Service ist besser, die Sauberkeit stimmt wieder. Einzig die Preispolitik beim E-Laden ist fragwürdig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Update 2024: Zimmerreinigung oberflächlich, Türe im Bad wird nicht gereinigt obwohl da wohl dem vorherigen zimmernutzer etwas passiert ist. Uringeruch. Silikon schimmelt in der Dusche (2383). Gastronomie seit 2024: verglichen zu den Verbesserungen von 22 auf 2023 nun komplett anders. Viele Dinge wurden automatisiert - Getränke aus Automaten - gute Idee. Der Nachteil jedoch ist dass zuviel Personal eingespart wurde und somit der Tisch gar nicht abgeräumt wird oder man um 19:30 zum Abendessen kommt und in einem kleinen Bereich 4 Tische voller benutztem Geschirr stehen welche niemand wegräumt. Die darauffolgende Reinigung des Tisches sehr oberflächlich und nicht ausreichend. Uns fehlt hier jemand wie Renato tedesca welcher in den Vorjahren immer ein offenes Ohr hatte und stets sehr bemüht um einen top Betrieb war. Essensqualität und Auswahl Frühstück und Abendessen top 1a ✅ Wir haben nun dennoch verlängert und bleiben auch 2024 2 Wochen hier, jedoch überlegen wir bei diesen Qualitätsverlusten ob wir nochmal kommen 🥹 Housekeeping top - während wir frühstücken war wurde das Hotel gereinigt. Sehr kinderfreundlich 👍 Gastronomie, Kids Aktivitäten und Strand top 👍👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfektná dovolenka pre celú rodinu – ďakujeme! S celou rodinou sme strávili niekoľko dní v tomto hoteli a môžeme úprimne povedať, že všetko predčilo naše očakávania. Od prvého momentu sme sa cítili vítaní a o všetko bolo výborne postarané. Recepcia bola maximálne profesionálna, milá a ústretová. Všetky naše otázky a požiadavky riešili s úsmevom a rýchlo – obrovská vďaka patrí najmä tímu recepcie, ktorý sa správal nie ako personál, ale ako hostiteľ u seba doma. Bar v hlavnej časti hotela ponúkal široký výber nápojov, kvalitné ingrediencie a vždy skvelú atmosféru. No špeciálne chceme vyzdvihnúť personál pri bare pri bazéne – boli absolútne fantastickí! Vždy usmiati, priateľskí, ochotní pomôcť a rýchli, aj keď bol bar plný hostí. Práve vďaka nim mal každý deň pri bazéne výnimočný dovolenkový nádych. Čo sa týka jedla, kuchyňa bola rozmanitá a chutná. Výber jedál výborne prispôsobený aj deťom, čo je pre rodiny obrovské plus. Oceňujeme aj ponuku zdravších alternatív a vždy čerstvé suroviny. Raňajky, obedy aj večere boli nielen chutné, ale aj esteticky servírované – každý člen rodiny si našiel svoje obľúbené jedlo. Hotel je výborne udržiavaný, čistý a uprataný, s dôrazom na detaily a komfort hostí. Celý personál bol mimoriadne ochotný a ľudský, čo sa dnes naozaj cení. Hotelanlage in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Poolanlagen veraltert sowie tägliche Problematik mit Handtüchern-diese um 9 Uhr bereits aus. Essen ok. Buffett, morgens teilweise kein Gebäck mehr. Die Speisen auch immer kalt- diese werden nach Aufforderung aber erwärmt. Aufgrund der vielen Kinder auch der Boden & die Sitzgelegenheit mit Lebensmittel verschmutzt. Tischsuche immer spannend, da nur nach Aufforderung neu gedeckt wird und das Hotel stark gebucht war. Personal wirkt gelangweilt. Insgesamt gutes 3 Stern Hotel aber wirklich keine 5 Sterne! Am Meer und am Pool kein Getränke Service. Wenig Sonnenschirme am Meer vorhanden. Schwierig wenn man mit den Kindern am Meer baden möchte. Baustelle direkt beim Hotel-aber aufgrund des Lärmpegels der Kinder kaum hörbar :-) Falkyland sehr schön-leider kein Deustchsprechendes Personal-mit kleinen Kindern ist die Kommunikation daher erschwert. Softplay Anlage super schön! Den Kindern gefällts, dass ist bei einem „Familienhotel“ natürlich das wichtigste!

Katastrofalno osoblje u restoranu. Hrane kad je nestalo za vrijeme dorucka ili vecere trebalo im je sat vremena da nadopune. Nakon sto je osoblje obavijesteno o tome i dalje se nisu poduzele nikakve radnje vezano za taj problem. Ujutro za dorucak je bilo izmjesano staro pecivo sa svjezim (kad je svjezeg bilo). Sto se tice soba ok su medutim ulaz u kupaonicu ima stok ali nema vrata.
