BAD KARMA. Do not trust this hotel. They are fraudulent, they had six months to rebook our room, after I made a mistake through Booking.com. Unfortunately I thought the reservation was with Free Cancellation. It was not. I telephoned several times to request the money back from the Manager, Nina. This was within 48 hours of booking and six months before we were due to go on holiday. The hotel refused the refund, they refused to even offer a partial refund, whicg I proposed in fairness, as a gesture of goodwill, realising it was my genuine mistake. I reminded them on numerous occasions they had nearly half a year to find another customer. Instead they stole our money, nearly £4,000, and suggested we rebook next year - but we had to confirm our dates in 48 hours, otherwise they would withdraw the offer!!! How stupid are they..?!!! There are no flights out for Summer 2026 yet, no one can confirm dates, flights for the following year. This was another way of showing their unprofessional unscrupulous behaviour; they have no sincerity, no integrity, and no empathy. KARMA COMES BACK TO YOU.
