This is a must stay Hotel whilst in Zagreb. Its close to the Zagreb Bus terminal for ease of travel but its also within walking distance of the main railway station and other tourist attractions. Staff at this hotel are brilliant. The gym is great too but the steam room is mega hot and sometimes the whirl pool doesn't work. Word warning. If booking spa treatments make sure to book in advance as they use a 3rd party external vendor. I found this hotel decently convenient for all my needs and then some. You get the number 8 tram to Areana Zagred and you get the bus 281 to city centre East mall. Everything is with practical reach from this hotel.

Imala sam maturalnu maturlanu večer u hotelu hilton, usluga je katastrofalna konobara nije uopće bilo te je hrana bila hladna i nije je bilo dovoljno za sve. Ne preporučujem ovaj hotel nikome za bilo kakve prigode.

Very cozy and well maintained hotel - but most importantly, very hospital and cool team working in all the areas ( restaurant, bar, spa area). Definitely my choice in Zagreb!

Location is good... Rooms are clean but water in shower is horrible. No steady warm or cold stream, constantly super hot switching to ice cold... Checking in is always long and cumbersome.

I expected more from the Hilton group. The hotel is outdated. The only saving grace is the location. Why would they have a mini bar fridge with a bright led light on in the bedroom. I had to unplug the fridge so it didn't feel like I was sleeping with the lights on. Breakfast was less than average.

Da quasi quarant’anni viaggio molto spesso e di solito utilizzo hotel cinque stelle, ma non mi era mai capitato, come in questo hotel, atteggiamenti fuori luogo come quelli che ora vengo a descrivere. Innanzitutto, bloccano 50 € sulla carta di credito per ogni giorno di soggiorno: è fuori luogo per diversi motivi: intanto la carta di credito ce l’hanno già, poi è una somma esagerata per somma insolute quali il frigobar o la tassa di soggiorno, ma inutile per danni molto più grandi che in teoria l’ospite potrebbe recare alla struttura. Inoltre c’è una sorta di terrorismo nei confronti di chi non si iscrive al programma Hilton Honours. Difatti ti fanno pagare il Wi-Fi e ti chiedono tre euro per una piccolissima bottiglietta d’acqua in camera. Per la verità avevo aderito al programma ma continuavano a inviarmi una gran quantità di e-mail moleste almeno una volta a settimana. Per il resto, ovviamente l’hotel è lussuoso.

The room is nice, and the wellness center hosts are very friendly and welcoming. However, several key facilities in the wellness area were not working — the steam room, showers, and toilets were out of order, which is quite unhygienic, especially when people jump into the pool after using the sauna. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The host was unfriendly and told me to leave, even though breakfast was included in my stay. Additionally, the breakfast selection was very limited and not up to standard.
