Great hotel,excellent facilities, very comfortable beds, big rooms, wonderful. Best spa,sauna swimming pool in the city. Best assets: the employees. Bruna at the front desk, great hostess, professional, kind, knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. Luka, at the restaurant, more than a waiter, very knowledgeable about local cuisine,very friendly and welcoming. Luka,the chef at breakfast, wonderful,tasty and fluffy omelettes. Not only a skilled chef, a nice, kind person and approachable. Anildi, bartender, welcoming you with a nice smile, ready to help you and thanks for a lovely espresso. Caroline at the spa, professional, very kind ,she showed me all around the spa,the facilities and opened to each questions. She make us feel very welcome and comfortable.

The location is a little out of the way from the centre but we knew this before booking. The Ubers and Bolts are so cheap and easy to book that being a little outside the centre doesn't matter. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The bed was comfy and I had a great night's sleep all 3 nights I was here. The hotel left a cake in the room for my partner as it was his birthday which was a great touch! We booked this hotel mainly because it had a spa with great views. Unfortunately the spa wasn't very relaxing due to kids being in the pool splashing around and the area is quite small. The jacuzzi was out of service which was disappointing as this is one of the things that sold the hotel to me. We didn't have breakfast but we did find €22 per person quite steep. We went into the city centre and got breakfast for a lot cheaper. Overall we had a great stay! Just wish the jacuzzi was in working order.

Maga a hotel rendben volt és a személyzet is de nagyon nagy lehúzás az egész 1 napra 28euró a parkolás!! Úgy is ha nem parkokat ott egész nap Plusz amikor bejelntkeztünk akkor 500 eurót vontak le a számlánkról pedig a szállás csak 365 euró volt azt mondtak ha fogyasztunk valamit akkor ez fogja fedezni de nem fogyasztottunk semmit és ki csekkolásskor a pénzünket nem kaptuk vissza se pénzben se a számlára úgy hogy nem ajánlom senkinek nagy lehúzás az egész!!!😤😤

Just checked out this morning after a 1-night stay. Giving 2 stars for multiple reasons: I have Diamond status—not expecting upgrades every time, but the hotel was clearly empty. Yet, I was placed in a room directly next to the elevators (see photo), the closest I’ve ever been in any hotel. To make it worse, my room faced directly into an office building where people could easily see inside. Hard to believe there wasn’t a better room available for a Diamond member, felt like a downgrade. Also, parking was 28 euros, which seems excessive

I felt instantly welcome at DoubleTree Zagreb—the friendly staff and signature cookie set the tone. Loved the interaction with Bruna. She gave me very good tips. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of delicious options each morning. I loved unwinding in the hotel’s wellness center after busy days. The location made it easy to explore Zagreb, and everyone I met was helpful and professional. The thoughtful service and great amenities made it a true home away from home—I can’t wait to return.

The stay was a very pleasant experience, they have an amazing pool, and all the pool staff was very attentive and positive, the food is also halal which is a big bonus

Nisam imao pristup sobi. kartica ne radi. nakon konzultacija imam pomoću službenika pristup sobi. No i dalje stojim bez struje u Wc-u. Sramota. Kažu 10 minuta i doći će tehničar. Zvao recepciju, potrvdili su da će odmah doći. Prošlo pola sata i nema nikoga!!!! Za ovakav i ovaj Hotel sramota. Birajte drugi.

VELIKA KRITIKA! Izvrsna soba po konkurentnoj cijeni, ali današnje ograničenje pristupa vlastitim sadržajima je neprihvatljivo. Zbog privatnog događaja gostima je uskraćen pristup restoranu i loungeu tijekom cijelog dana, a da pritom cijena boravka nije snižena ni jedan jedini euro. Rezultat: obroci se svode na sobnu dostavu koju gosti konzumiraju u vlastitoj sobi!, a ispražnjene tacne ostavljaju pred vratima soba – neuredno i čak opasno za obitelj s malom djecom. Ovakva praksa ne samo da ruši očekivani standard hotelske usluge, nego jasno poručuje: “Prihvatite stanje, platite kao i uvijek, nećemo se truditi oko vašeg komfora – jer nam je važniji dodatni prihod.” Za hotel koji se diči globalnom reputacijom i pet zvjezdica, ovo je sramotan kompromis na štetu gostiju. Poštovani Hilton, vrijeme je da ozbiljno preispitate prioritete. I nadam se da će na današnji dan biti mnogo negativnih recenzija, kako bi ste ubuduće dobro razmislili što Vam je prioritet. Gost

Tutto magnifico. Dalla camera fresca moderna con ogni confort. Bagno con vasca e doccia. Accessori per caffè. Tv piatta grande. Luci touch in ogni punto della camera. Finestre enormi su due angoli per una vista immersiva. Colazione :il Manager Ivan e tutta la sua squadra sono perfetti. Attenti. Veloci e risolutivi. Qualità eccezionale del cibo. Da provare la cottage cheese. Una specialità croata. E tutto il resto naturalmente. Anche Filippo alla reception è stato molto gentile e sorridente. Peccato per il parcheggio a pagamento che non prevede sconti per disabili come me. Alla fine mi hanno addebitato allo 1 giorno. Davvero eleganti. Anche Tutto il resto è top.
