Check-in was quite slow, and the front desk staff came across as stoic and disengaged, which didn’t create the most welcoming impression. However, I appreciated the effort that went into the property’s decor—it was thoughtfully done and added character to the space.||The breakfast area was a standout feature: spacious, and well-designed with an open-concept kitchen that added a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. The breakfast itself had a lovely local flair. I especially enjoyed the wide selection, including cooked vegetables, various meats and cheeses, breads, fried rice, a savory local crepe, fresh fruit, and both scrambled and hard-boiled eggs. It was a highlight of the stay.||One disappointment was that coffee wasn’t available until about 15 minutes into breakfast service, which was frustrating for early risers.||Other areas for improvement include the very slow elevators and an air conditioning system that struggled to keep the room comfortable.||Overall, while there were some positive aspects—especially the breakfast and decor—the hotel could benefit from better service at the front desk and improvements to its facilities.

We came back to the room in the evening shortly before 10pm to find out that our room is not cleaned, although we put sign “sweep” in front of the door before we left the room. This is not we expect from the service of Hilton international brand. We are totally disappointed!

Very beautiful hotel, everything was clean and modern. My complaints are that the Chromecast on the TV is hard to use without it disconnecting, the USB port by my bedside was loose and non-functional, there's no complimentary breakfast, noise from the hallway was easily heard in our room, and worst of all the soaps they have in the bathroom smelled absolutely acrid— like washing yourself with campfire smoke. I'd recommend bringing your own.

I stayed here for 2 different stints in May, and the hotel kept some of my things safe in the locked baggage room while I was away. Staff is super friendly accomodating, and knowleadgeable.||The rooms are clean modern LARGE and comfortable. Hopefully the rooms will hold up over time. But for now, they are great! No need for me to post photos...the standard ones on the hotel website are accurate since the hotel is so new.||Convenient location, and FREE parking!||I will definitely stay here next time in Zagreb!

Amazing stay. Great hotel, amenities, breakfast, and bar. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I loved the support staff, they were all very accommodating. I requested a late checkout, and they were very helpful in granting me that. I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located close to the Flixbus station. So if you are planning to travel around from Zagreb, this location is ideal. The only negative (nothing to do with the staff or hotel) is the location. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk away from the City Center. So if you plan to visit the Center a lot, you will have to walk. However, UBER rides are only 5 minutes away.

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage von Zagreb. Parkhaus gleich daneben. Frühstück von Buffet! Service und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich! Kostenlose Wasser spender im 2.OG und 4.OG. Die Zimmer sind schön und gute Matratzen. Bäder modern und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We chose this hotel as it was away from the tourist sites but they were all within each reach (we prefer to be away from the bulk of the tourists), but within 15 minutes, you could reach any main site. ||Stayed in the King Premium Room - facing the train station. You could hear the trains ever so slightly in the morning, but never found this to be disruptive. Room was a great size and particularly liked the layout and how much space there was to hang clothes and also how many drawers there were for other items - design has been well thought out. ||Staff were attentive. ||Had breakfast at the hotel which was very good; decent selection. Didn’t particularly like the coffee, but that is personal preference. ||Would recommend for location - very good transport links. We had a car and parked at the mall attached to it.

As meninas da recepção são muito inuteis! Realmente. Pedimos o serviço da lavanderia, preenchemos todos os papéis, acordamos que deveria tirar o valor da lavanderia do valor que já tínhamos deixado pago (100.00 euros) e ela simplesmente esqueceu de pedir para levar a lavanderia. Isso no final de semana. Quando liguei questionando e procurando o gerente, não deixaram eu falar com o gerente e sequer pediram desculpas.
