I would like to express my great satisfaction with this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the food was delicious, and the beach was truly stunning. All of this contributed to making this one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. I was especially impressed with the quality of service provided throughout our stay. I would also like to highlight the animation team, who were absolutely fantastic. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and creativity made every day exciting for the children, especially through the well-organized mini club. The kids truly enjoyed every moment and couldn’t wait for the next event. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable vacation. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Boravili smo u hotelu 4 dana i generalno smo vrlo zadovoljni. Osoblje je zaista odlično – uvijek nasmijano, ljubazno i spremno pomoći u svakoj situaciji. Hrana u hotelu je bila izvrsna, raznovrsna i svježa, što je ostavilo jako dobar dojam. Jedina zamjerka ide na račun parkinga. Naime, od 4 dana, samo smo jedan dan uspjeli koristiti hotelski parking jer često nije bilo slobodnih mjesta, pa smo bili prisiljeni parkirati uz cestu. Taj parking uz cestu nije siguran i cijelo vrijeme smo morali razmišljati je li auto siguran. Unatoč tome, parking nam je naplaćen za cijeli period boravka, što smatramo nepravednim. Sve u svemu, hotel je odličan i preporučili bismo ga zbog usluge i hrane, ali parking politika definitivno može biti bolja.

10/10 pour le personnel : de chambre, au bar à la piscine, à l’accueil, au restaurant, des personnes accueillante, douce, très sympathique et agréable. Le reste est à revoir. Malheureusement, 3 chambres à notre étage se plaignaient de fourmis. J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel 10 jours, et pendant ces 10 jours j’étais en permanence entrain de me débarrasser des fourmis. Pas cool. La piscine pour adultes est remplis d’enfants, du matin au soir. La nourriture au bar de la piscine à revoir, aucune saveur, la nourriture du soir au restaurant est correct mais les gâteaux, fruits, sont à revoir. La qualité est préférable à la quantité :) Il faut consommer une boisson le soir pour recevoir un verre, si vous êtes malade que vous avez un traitement à prendre, vous n’avez pas le droit à un verre vide ni verre d’eau ni carafe d’eau, il faut acheter une bouteille d’eau. Malgré tout, et fort heureusement, le personnel, je le répète, est irréprochable.

Odličan hotel na idealnoj lokaciji u Bolu! Hotel je okružen borovinom, plaža je minut od hotela, pozicija savršena za sve aktivnosti na odmoru. Osoblje jako ljubazno, hrana odlična, raznovrsna, uvijek svježa, ma sve bez zamjerki! Posebno bih napomenula to da sam svaki dan dobijala sve obroke za moju bebu od 11 mjeseci, posebno spremljene po mojim željama, i ne mogu opisati koliko nam je to olakšalo ljetovanje! Sve preporuke! ✨

So much promise! The property is immaculate. Beds and bedding supremely comfortable and staff (in the main) a delight. The location is exceptional, right on the beach and a gorgeous stroll into the town. Sadly though there were challenges. We booked a seaside view family room and ended up with a view of the roof that previous guests had used as a dump for their rubbish. I asked if there was anything else available and the hotel was booked up… fair enough, but the receptionist was far from friendly, almost sarcastic in her response. Breakfast was a circus. My husband was nearly knocked over on 2 occasions by kids riding scooters around the dining room! There was screaming and games of tag going on between tables. Spoke to a lovely member of staff whom was just exasperated and questioned why the hotel did not just put up a sign. On the days we arrived later for breakfast the cheeses and cold meats had flies all over them, not a hardship to cover things really. It is also worth noting that even though rooms have aircon it will not go below 22 degrees. No big deal but plucking up the nerve to ask the receptionist who was less then friendly the first time resulted in the same as expected uncomfortable interaction. On reflection I wonder if the hotel should be in the position to have to guide parents on how kids should behave in the first place but as a parent to 2 boys they really should know what is acceptable in a dining room and parent guiding them on what is a safe environment for them to run around in. Overall rather disappointed

We stayed here while on a tour and the pros were: location to the beach/activities and restaurants, the breakfast offerings were good, rooms were clean and amenities were nice. Cons for us was it's a very family friendly hotel, so if you're looking for a place with little/no children, this is not the place to stay.

Dear Blue Sun Hotel Elaphusa Team, During my recent stay at your hotel, I was truly impressed by the warmth and professionalism of two of your team members – Eli and Ivan – and I would love to share my appreciation. Every evening, Eli greeted me with a kind smile and a welcoming attitude at the reception in front of the restaurant. Her positive energy, friendly approach, and attention to detail made me feel welcome and cared for from the very start of each day. She was a wonderful presence and always set a lovely tone for my evenings. Throughout the day, I had the pleasure of being served by Ivan on the terrace. His service was outstanding – always prompt, polite, and delivered with genuine kindness. He remembered my preferences and always made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. His friendly and professional manner added greatly to my overall experience. Both Eli and Ivan went above and beyond to make me feel special, and they are truly a credit to your team.
