Hotel avec des départs et des arrivées incessantes. Sommes arrivés un dimanche, logés au 12ème étage, 2 ascenseurs, dont 1 en panne...y revenons 1 semaine plus tard, un ascenseur tjrs en panne, le mardi veille de notre départ, les 2 ascenseurs en panne, logé au 11ème étage, gros bazar dans l'hotel, je demande comment fais-t'on pour descendre nos 2 sacs de voyage + divers...on me sourit ...en clair rien à faire ....on monte à notre chambre par les marches, pas de choix....repartons 2 heures plus tard et d'un seul coup d'un seul, un ascenseur refonctionne....fuyez cet hôtel si vous avez des problèmes de souffle où si vous êtes PMR,ou autre problème de dos.... rien n'est adapté pour vous surtout pas les ascenseurs qui sont minuscules !! quant aux chambres, un grand basic et une minuscule SDB, encore une fois, PMR s'abstenir ....

Zoals elke bezoeker hebben wij ook het hotel eerst opgezocht op het internet en het zag er veel belovend uit. Toen wij er toekwamen kregen wij een niet zo vriendelijk onthaal. Op het verzoek waar wij best onze auto achterlaten kregen wij direct de duurste parking toegewezen in de buurt. Terwijl op zondag het gratis parkeren is in Ljubjana. ||Toen wij op onze kamer kwamen vielen wij al in een tweede verbazing. De kamer was totaal niet hetgene wat er op de website stond. Blijkbaar zijn de kamers op verdiep 11 nog verouderd. ||Wij kwamen in een knal rode kamer terecht met nog tapijt op de grond. De badkamer was heel klein en de kaders in de kamer hingen scheef. ||Wij voelde ons hierdoor in het zak gezet. Hierdoor hebben wij ook beslist om vroeger te vertrekken. ||Het ontbijt was wel in orde maar nu ook niet wauw.

Excellent location to the main tourist sites. Clean and modern. The mattress in my room is toward the end of its lifespan, I think. It felt worn. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Un hotel de tres estrellas más que correcto. Con habitaciones modernas y limpias. Cómo contratiempo, uno de los dos ascensores estaba pendiente de arreglo y tuvimos que conformarnos con uno, que no era suficiente. El desayuno estaba bien, con opción de leche sin lactosa aunque para mí gusto, ofrecía poca variedad de fruta.

Great hotel in the heart of Ljubljana. Members of staff were very helpful and I was able to leave to backpack with them before check-in and after check out for more convenience. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast contained many options and was overall very good!

Small but clean rooms, great sleep quality, excellent wifi and IPTV, air conditioning. The entire building is excellently renovated, modern, neat and comfortable. Breakfast is extraordinary. 10 minutes walking distance to city center.

Un desastre de hotel. Falta personal y el que hay no es muy amable. El desayuno de pena, mala calidad y siempre faltan cosas. Un ascensor para 12 plantas. Lo único bueno su ubicación.
