Lovely hotel on the outskirts of split. 20 minutes walk from the centre. Has all you need for a reasonable price. All staff welcoming and happy to help. We got upgraded when checking in which always helps. The pool area on the roof is stunning. Luckily when we stayed was mostly quiet and could always get a sun bed. Only thing I would say needs Improving is the pressure in the shower was a dribble but everything else was perfect.

Muy buenas las instalaciones. Habitaciones y la terraza con la pileta muy agradable. Un día comimos ahí y también nos resultó bien. Lo único es que para el casco histórico hay que caminar como 20 minutos. No tomar taxis!! Cuando llegamos nos cobraron euros 25 desde la costanera hasta el hotel y después un Uber nos salió 4,90 🙈

Convenient location to drive from the highway and quite walkable distance to the main attractions. The breakfast was tasty with various selections. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming! The private parking is available at 15 euro.

Hotel is ok Kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Sauna aanwezig zwembad buiten op dak. Roken is nergens toegestaan. Buiten maar niet mogelijk om te zitten

Really enjoyed my time here and kicking myself I only spent 2 nights in Split. Was pleasantly surprised on arrival to be upgraded from the Annex to the main hotel build and what a beautiful room it was. Very large, clean and in great condition. Breakfast was plentiful with many options for those who like sweet or savoury (or both!) The rooftop pool was great to enjoy with a good book, whilst taking in the views of Split. A great location, only a 15 - 20 minute walk to the waterfront. Surprised this is only 3 star after having stayed at many Italian and French '4 star' hotels which don't come near the Art Hotel in quality, standard and amenities. Hopefully I can return some day and spend longer there.

Rooms are lovely but this is a big hotel that caters to large tour groups. Breakfast is not great, not on a par with food in smaller cities. Everything is more expensive in split, and, as a result they give you less. I stayed at the Hilton in Zagreb, and service was much better, despite catering to tour groups.

Stayed here for my birthday celebrations with friends. Great pool on the roof and jacuzzi. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, a mixture of hot and cold. Only 15 mins walk into the old town. If you don't want to walk use Bolt much cheaper than taxis. They have spa towels available and shower gel in the bathroom so no need to pack those. We were on the 3rd floor and had a balcony too. Hope to return one day

Visited the hotel for a girls trip for my birthday. I was a bit nervous after booking and reading reviews but I had nothing to worry about. We had a room on the 3rd floor and the hotel kindly put our 3 rooms next to each other. The room was decorated nicely and a great size. We travelled with hand luggage only so appreciated they have shower gel. There was a good size wardrobe and safe. Kettle in the room and mini fridge. The pool and hot tub was a lovely touch on the roof as well as nice comfy seating area and sun loungers. There is a bar on the roof and pool towels available. Breakfast was lovely a mix of hot and cold options. Also pastries, fruit and yogurts. All staff we encountered were very friendly and we were also able to pay extra for a late check out due to our late flight home. We walked into the town only a 15 min walk and also used bolt taxis in the evenings, which are a lot more affordable after using a local taxi on one occasion. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel was amazing. |Roof top pool and hot tub was stunning. Pool was lovely to swim in and sit and read my book. Nice bar too if you wanted drinks on the roof top.|Rooms were very clean and tidied daily. Definitely recommend a room with a balcony. Kettle in room which was a nice touch, along with nice shower gel. |Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice with hot food and pastries, cheese fruit tea and coffee.|Bathroom was amazing and so clean. Very spacious too. |Location was great about 15 mins walk into the main city center. Or €8 euros in a bolt. Defo recommend using the bolt app as so much cheaper for taxi. |Not one bad word to say about the hotel. Really good vibes and was happy with my stay. |Would stay again.

We were here with a large group of students and had an amazing experience. The staff was polite and very tentative. All the requests and issues were immediately addressed. Thank you for your hospitality
