Jako luksuzan i lijep hotel sa raznovrsnim sadržajem. Pogodan za djecu i porodični odmor. Uživali se i radujemo se ponovnom dolasku . Moram pohvaliti ljubazno osoblje i čistoću hotela . Sve najbolje preporuke .

The hotel price/ value is very good. The stuff is kind. Bad part: I called them to check if my baby can go the pool. (Just like every other hotel let or give baby pool) They said yes. But at a cold day we went for the inside pool. There is 4pool and they kicked out us in a rude way. From the 4 almost empty pool they didn't let us there we followed all the regulations with swimming diaper. This is nonsense. The hotel food is good worth the price. The restaurants around what is run by the resort are overpriced for a low-medium quality food. So eat in the hotel or in the city.

Imali smo predivan boravak u Amadria Park Hotelu Ivan! Posebno želim istaći izuzetnu urednost i čistoću koja je svuda bila na visokom nivou. Usluga je bila besprekorna, a ljubaznost osoblja učinila je naš boravak još prijatnijim. Veliko hvala gospodji Mileni koja nas je svaki dan dočekivala sa osmijehom i pravila nam izvrsne omlete – uvijek u pozitivnom i vedrom duhu. Sigurno ćemo biti opet gosti ovog hotela i to sa velikim zadovoljstvom! Toplo preporučujem ovaj hotel svima koji traže komfort i koji žele da uživaju u mirnom odmoru.

Dobrý deň, hotel Ivan je podľa mňa úžasný, super poloha, krásne priestory, upravené pláže, reštaurácie okolo mora, všetko čistučke a udržiavané, maximalna spokojnosť s personalom všetci su zdvorili ochotný, snažia sa splniť o čo ich požiadate, super práca manažera ako vybral svoj team, zvlasť sa chcem poďakovať pani Gorane z recepcie, za proaktívny pristup k nán hosťom, určite prideme znova.🥇

Beautiful Location, Poorly Managed – Would Not Recommend As a hotel general manager myself, I approached this stay objectively — but unfortunately, the guest experience was deeply disappointing due to poor management. We booked a sea-view suite expecting peace and quiet, but loud music played from the bar every night until midnight, clearly audible even in bed. Despite multiple complaints, staff gave conflicting answers and no solution was offered. On the day of a hotel garden wedding, the assistant manager failed to inform us it was happening, despite promising the music would be quieter that night. Needless to say, we couldn’t sleep again, and the night receptionist was rude and dismissive when we asked for a room change. Service around the pool was chaotic. We witnessed bird droppings being wiped from sunbeds with a towel, which was then rinsed in the pool — unacceptable hygiene. The suite included guaranteed restaurant reservations and cabana access, but both failed several times. Cabanas were first-come, first-served with no system in place. As “compensation,” we were offered a lemonade, which turned out to be just water with lemon juice — no ice, sugar, garnish, or straw. Undrinkable. The hotel itself looks nice, food is good, and some staff were kind — but the lack of leadership, basic service standards, and communication ruined our stay. The general manager remained invisible and unwilling to speak with us even after we requested a meeting. A resort with potential, but currently unworthy of its price or rating.

Der erste Eindruck hat keine zweite Chance, haben Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht allerdings nur Atriumblick bekommen, das hotel hat hier nicht mit sich sprechen lassen, entweder Aufpreis zahlen für Meerblick oder lassen, leider ziemlich unflexibel. Nachdem wir Aufpreis gebucht haben war das Zimmer mit Meerblick allerdings echt grenzwertig. Man hat das Meer ganz knapp gesehen, davor waren recht viele unschöne Gebäude... Der Ausblick nicht zu empfehlen. Sauber waren die Zimmer, das Frühstück war super, die Anlage (Pool, Strand, Frühstücksbereich) war super. Mitarbeiter im Service waren super freundlich. Man bekommt in der Anlage alles was man braucht, in die Stadt braucht man definitiv ein Auto oder Taxi.

TOP Anlage, toller Poolbereich & sehr leckeres, vielfältiges Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, leider war der Meerblick, den wir gebucht hatten, nicht wirklich schön. Preise daher etwas zu teuer. Ansonsten benötigt man ein Auto um in die Stadt zu kommen, da etwas abgelegen.

Soba u hotelu Ivan ima klima uređaj koji ne uspije ohladiti sobu i previše je bučna da bi se uz upaljenu moglo spavati. Razočaravajuće iskustvo.
