Charming hotel without the big chain feel. Located so close to the main square and within walking distance of the historic parts of Zagreb, the Green Horseshoe, the main square, dozens of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Room is commodious; and we had everything we needed. The mattress is a bit soft for my husband, but pillows, bed linens, etc. were fine. Breakfast daily is included and there's a copious amount of excellent food. The reception, bar, and hotel staff are all gracious and very helpful. We had a few incidents upon arrival (couldn't find our reservation; keys -- and thus electricity -- failed while my husband was showering; and calling to wake us after 10 pm to say they'd neglected to collect our passport information. Apart from the suggestion that we don't know enough to keep our keys separate from cell phones (not true!), all was resolved and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The only glitch was arrival as there is no place to park and our GPS did not know exactly where to take us. Hotel is located in an area with no parking on the street. I had to jump out of the car and walk to find the hotel (leaving my husband in the car). We found out the hotel guests CAN pull up to the front of the hotel which is on the tracks for the electric rail busses - so that was interesting. Once this was figured out, it was a breeze. Check in was easy and the porter was so helpful. I wish I had gotten the young man's name. Our room was amazing with a stunning view of the Old City. Room was very comfortable and had great amenities. A huge double wardrobe that would be so convenient for a multi-day stay. Location was great and easily walkable to all of the sites.

I loved this Hotel, it is located in the very centre of Zagreb and is extremely charming. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel in itself is placed in an old building with a lot of charm but is very modern inside. The only downside is that it is a bit hard to get here if coming by car. But when you arrive they have valet parking which works very well.
This Hotel is in a great location with a short walk to lots of Restaurants and the main Square. The staff were always very friendly and very willing to help you with your enquiries. Our room was on the 6th floor and very spacious. The breakfast catered for all tastes.

This is a very nice hotel close to the city center, cathedral, tram line, and museums. They served an excellent breakfast (extra charge) and the service in the hotel was impeccable. The hotel is situated in a building that was originally a bank back in the 20's.

This hotel was a perfect solution for our three day visit to Zagreb. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with during our stay was wonderful. I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a stay in Zagreb. All of the main tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. There are also many cafes and restaurants nearby along with a couple of parks. We stayed in one of the large corner suites and had a lot of space, including a very large bathroom and seating area. The breakfast was very good as well, with a great selection of dishes to choose from.

The rooms are just right. The location is perfect. The staff is wonderful and attentive though sometimes hard to locate. The breakfast is plentiful. We are very comfortable and enjoying our stay.
