Spomnim se, da je bila nekoč hrana sprejemljiva. Danes pa je bilo res slabo. Celo solata in pire so bili neuzitni. Ne razumem kako se lahko tako pokvari. Personal je drugace prijazen, ampak okus je generalno res eden najslabsih kar sem poskusil.

When we arrived at the restaurant at 19.40, the employees were already gathering the foodand washing the showcases and the fridges where normally you see food and you chose what to eat. Nobody asked if we want to order anything. We went to the cashier to ask if they are closed and she said that they are closing at 20.00. However on the website it says it should be open until 21.00. The cashier said something to one of the employees and somebody came to serve us. The employee took the hands from the detergent she was washing with and came to serve food like that.

Eine Katastrophe! Die Mitarbeiterin an der Essensausgabe ist extrem unfreundlich was meiner Frau auch den Appetit verschlagen hat. Keine Rücksicht auf Kinder man wird nicht richtig bedient, wir waren als Touristen hier aus Deutschland. Vom szpervisor keine Spur wo man direkt reklamieren kann. Von den Glutamatsuppen rate ich ab. Kundenorientiert arbeiten geht anders vor allem die Mitarbeiter darauf schulen.
