Probably the best restaurant in Split. The hospitality is wonderful, the service is fast, and the domestic dishes are both delicious and beautifully presented. The portions are so generous you won't just leave full—you'll leave extra full.

Место очень популярное в Сплите. Поэтому могут быть очереди на вход, особенно вечером. Однако, нам долго ждать свободного столика не пришлось. Меню достаточно обширное: блюда хорватской кухни, мясные блюда на гриле, супы, салаты и блюда из морепродуктов. Мы попробовали супы (здесь это насыщенный бульон с рисом), также ассорти жареного мяса, жареного сибаса и осьминога. Блюда вкусные, порции хорошего размера. Вкус не фантастический, но вполне достойный. Цены для Сплита умеренные (средняя стоимость основного блюда 20-25€). Не понравилось долгое ожидание официанта, особенно в конце трапезы, когда ждали чек. Пришлось несколько раз подходить и просить рассчитать нас, и каждый раз официант забывал. В остальном блюда приносили быстро.

Ordered the salted sardines (€5) and scampi (€25), both were a disappointment. Sardines were overly salty, and the scampi had barely any meat and came in shells, which I wasn’t expecting. “Fresh” orange juice (€6) tasted bottled. Paid €36 and left hungry. Felt like a tourist trap. I feel that in split there’s a pressure to tip, even when the experience doesn’t merit it, but at least the waiter let me know I could skip it, which didn’t happen in other places. Although I tipped anyway. Response to the owner: I understand salted sardines are meant to be salty, but that doesn’t mean they should be inedible. The scampi had very little meat and no sides — for the price, that’s alarming. The orange juice didn’t taste fresh, and I didn’t see it being prepared. Dalmatian food is not defined by your restaurant (thankfully), as I’ve tried other restaurants and had much better experiences. If I wanted junk food, I’d have gone to McDonald’s, but I didn’t need to as I had this experience going to your restaurant, except that it was more expensive. I expected quality, but left hungry and disappointed. Additionally, responding to customer feedback with sarcasm isn’t the best way to represent your business.

Speedy service, reasonable prices, food overly salty. Cevapcici had the texture of a McChicken Nugget, possibly deep frozen, tuna steak was definitely deep frozen and so salty we could not finish it. In response to the owner: it is unwise to ignore customer feedback. FYI: My son had diarrhea due to your Tuna Steak. Lowering all stars to 1.
