A very pleasant place for a walk, nice café with wonderful ice-cream. We were just not too impressed with the state of the flower beds and the labeling which was often missing or hidden or plain wrong. So not for plant fans but great for a walk with the dog. The glass houses are paid.

Beautiful botanical gardens. High diversity of plants. Colourful flowers. Many bees, some butterflies. There is a small cafe surrounded by magnificent trees, they have refreshing beverages and ice-cream. Inside the greenhouse there are tropical plants. Also a small shop with souvenirs. You can buy all sorts of plants.

Čudovit star vrt, poleti kraj za ohladitev, vedno kraj za umiritev. Kadarkoli prideš, je kaj zanimivega. Pridne roke vrtnarjev skrbno urejajo gredice in prostorčke. Posebna pa je tudi čajnica Primula.

Een idyllisch plekje, het theehuisje, in een botanische stadstuin. Stadsgeluiden verstommen, dankzij het lover, en vervangen door fluitende vogels en zoemende bijen. Daarnaast een heerlijke strudelje geserveerd gekregen. Je zou haast de schoonheid van de tuin zelf vergeten. Echt een bezoekje waard. Crimineel dat deze tuin bedreigd wordt tbv de stadse infrastructuur.😡
