Terribly slow. Since I arrived and got a number — which the machine spits out onto the floor, because they don’t even bother to pay attention to that — it took an hour and a half until I was finally assisted. Only two counters are operating on a Tuesday morning.

Radnica neljubazna i očito ne voli svoj posao. Prošle sam godine obavila istu stvar u istoj banci bez problema za koji me sada poslala doma. Sezonska sam radnica i nije mi baš blizu doći do najbliže poslovnice koja je u mojem slučaju na žalost bila u Makarskoj. Emaptija, profesionalnost i ljubaznost ravne NULI. Definitivno ne preporučujem!

Ocjena je dodjeljena za usporedbu s drugim bankama. Pa nek se čude zasto se zatvaraju racuni. Poslovnost i ekspeditivnost 0.

Jos uvijek sam u šoku poslije današnjeg (pokušaja) razgovora sa poslovnicom u Makarskoj. Nikada u životu nisam doživjela tako neprofesionalan i neljubazan pristup. Gospođa koja se javila na poziv bi ozbiljno trebala razmisliti o novoj karijeri u drugom sektoru gdje nije potreban dodir sa klijentima, a managment banke treba se potruditi da objasni svojim djelatnicima da su oni tu za uslužiti klijente, a ne da klijenti trpe njihove frustracije i omalovažavanje!

Iako je broj na redomatu bio br. 1 , nisam prozvan 45 minuta sjedeći uzaludno u cekaonici,ovo pišem dok i dalje čekam Totalno nepoštovanje klijenata banke i njihovog vremena. Danas su odlučili izgleda raditi samo sa djelatnicom uplate/isplate koja mi je na upit hoće li ne netko prozvati odgovorila da čekam da će jedna od kolegica u nekom trenutku prozvati.. a ta kolegica je u prvih 1h i 45 radnog vremena imala jednog klijenta(mene) i svejedno je čekanje 45minuta za sada
