I’ve visited this branch multiple times for both personal and business matters and received excellent service every time. The staff is highly professional and has successfully assisted me even with complex requests—not to mention that they’re a pleasure to interact with. I usually speak English with the staff, and we always understand each other perfectly. Oh, and there’s also an ATM right next to the entrance, which is very convenient.

It was really an amazing experience in Hercegovačka 19 Alta Banka. Before I left Japan, I was worried about how to pay in foreign currency in a bank transfer, however, I found my worrying was nonsense.
