worst bank and service ever. first for a regular operation I was waiting for 10 minutes in front of 4 clerks who were just enjoying their coffee, just to accept my request. 30 minutes later the employee was still checking the document which I use more than for 2 years and use in any other Alta banka offices without any problem. don’t waste your time and energy on this branch, better visit Galerija branch.

Na svom sajtu ne azuriraju podatke kako treba, stavljaju na spisak i mapu menjacnice u kojima je moguce koristiti uslugu alta pay te menjacnice ili ne postoje ili uopste ne pruzaju date usluge. Sramota!

This is the most pleasant experience, which I had with a bank in my life. Great professionals are working here! I opened an account within an hour, managers helped with filling in the application and creating the profile for internet-banking. Very smooth process! And I got a nice fan as a gift! Worst bank with worst support
For every manipulation you need to bring the passport! They not accept temporary residence, don't accept a copy of passport. And most funny moment, I bring the copy of passport to update the info, they take it without my passport, but after it I ask for account statement and they said "Give us your passport", I said "I gave you a copy just now" and they answer me "We need a original". For what?! If the copy not okay, why they accepted it for updating the my account data?! Why they don't ask my original passport to check?! But that only one ridiculous moment... The most terrible moment of that bank, when my bank account was crated the person who insert my data into system make a mistake in my phone number and somebody was receiving the data about my bank account for a year! Great service! So, when I found it, I write in support and they said "Go to the bank, we can't do NOTHING"! Excellent service!
P.S. Interesting moment, but all accounts with 5-star review have only 1-2 reviews on account, unlike the negative ones... Interesting, isn't it? Think twice before open account in this bank!
P.S.S. Return back to add more to my review cause with me happened idiotic story which can have place only in this bank, which I absolutely can't imagine to happen in any other bank. ALL operations in this bank (with business account especially) making through operators on email. Especially if you want to convert EUR to RSD you must send a offer to special email adress. I as usual sent this offer and as usual the operator wrote me back the current exchanging price, but 2 days gone and exchange wasn't proceed I asked operator "Whats going on?" and operator absolutely ignore my question just answer "For transaction please sent us filled doc", which I already filled and sent, I just want to know why my exchange isn't proceed! Okay, you can say this is automatic response, but EVERY TIME IT'S TEXT ABSOLUTELY NEW so it' must be operator! And for every response I wait 4-5 hours and ALL weekend, cause exchange office isn't work on weekends. If you want to take money from your account wait till working days! Awesome! So 5 days gone, they still not answered on my question and my money still locked in EUR... Run away from this bank!

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность сотрудникам банка за отличный сервис! Особенно хочу отметить девушку на ресепшене в красной кофте — она очень доброжелательно помогла мне корректно указать адрес электронной почты. Казалось бы, мелочь, но было важно, и её участие действительно помогло.
В целом команда работает очень слаженно: всё быстро, без лишней бюрократии, оперативно решают вопросы. Приятно удивила поддержка сразу на нескольких языках — сотрудники говорят по-русски и по-английски, объясняют всё максимально понятно и буквально проводят «за ручку» по процессу. Это редкость!

Stone age bank. No mobile application, everything is broken and no one knows anything.
Have to sign and submit documents to receive money, to convert money, to withdraw money. And for whatever small bullshit thing, they need you to physically meet up in the bank. Absolutely ridiculous.
Cannot even receive money from abroad without creating a special account, which took me many months.
