They made an appointment for airbag recall (2nd time in 18 months) and when i came in they said it will be done in under an hour. I ended up waiting for 3 hours when they finally told me they dont have the right replacement part and they have one coming in....i ended up waiting for 2 more hours after which they discovered that part is not suitable and they will have to reschedule me another time. Needless to say, im buying a new car, from a different brand then toyota.
