Abbiamo portato la nostra RangeRover Evoque per un rumore al motore, ci hanno consigliato di lasciare la macchina e non rientrare in Italia così….. nel giro di 1 giorno hanno risolto il problema, sostituendo cinghia, tendi cinghia e tiranti che avrebbero potuto causare una rottura molto più grave. Spesa in linea con le aspettative. Ci hanno fornito un’auto di cortesia gratuitamente per poter tornare a Tisno, dove alloggiamo. Super consigliati, cortesi e disponibili. Grazie mille

The owner of this service shop is the "most unprofessional" person i've ever encountered in my life. When i talked to the owner on the phone he was in a hurry to dismiss my call, sooooo not interested in my car's problem, i knew the problem and could have explained every detail he needed to solve my problem over the phone or at least he could have said that he can't help me because he may not have the software or the tools for my LPG installation. Instead he told me to come down to his service shop so that he may see what the problem was?! I was on a 2 week yearly vacation with my family in Benkovac, he told me to "drop by" when i can and so i did!! My car has a Tomazetto LPG system, and it was switching to fuel erratically in the middle of the drive without warning, so i decided to drive about 50 Km from Benkovac to Betina and see this person and show him my car, i left my family at the beach that day and made it to his shop. I waited a while and when he showed up i explained to him the problem, he told me that the LPG installation on my car is not so good, and that he didn't have the proper software for the LPG to make a diagnostic, all of which he could have told me over the phone "if he had a minute to listen"!!! He even suggested to me that he can solve my problem in general by COMPLETLY installing a new LPG system for my car which will cost me about 1200€, he even went on and said that he will give me a 3 year warranty and that i will not have to worry about it ever again!!! I consider myself to be an amature mechanic and i know how to fix cars ever since i was 12 years old, i even changed the clutch on my 1991 Honda Accord alone, also I'm an accomplished lawyer and i know how to sell talk... to farmers but that day the talk he said about how to fix my car's problem was some tough "stuff".. to swallow. When i returned to Zagreb i went to the first LPG service i could find, they inspected my car, replaced a common temperature sensor that is very common to other LPG sensors, charged me 8€(tax included)and took less than 20 minutes to change it and gave the guy a 5€ tip. How shameful that people on this world think they could just exploit people like this, if anyone has even the tinniest once of brain...don't go to that guy.
