The worst airline ever!
Our checked in luggage was delayed and after 3 days I got my suitcases with open and brocken side lockers. For sure they tried to open them to steal something but likely it was a third locker with a code which they could not open. Because of that I can not use my Samsonite suitcase any more and they do not want to compensate me.
The low cost airlines offer better service.
Never again!

L’andata è stata operata da Bulgarian Air, con personale Air Serbia, volo puntuale, aeromobile pulito e servizio acqua e snack gratuito a bordo. Ritorno operato direttamente da Air Serbia parimenti ottimo dall’imbarco fino alla fine del volo, hostess gentili e disponibili e servizio acqua e snack durante il volo sempre apprezzato.

To start with: extremely bad airline with low quality to no quality. Highly expensive tickets for no value. Personnel is the worst to help you out or give you constructive assistance.
The airport is under construction since forever and distances are extremely long for an airport of this size and unimportance. Drop-off costs money 200RSD per minute!!
Money making machine for ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE. Fly any other airline but NOT AIRSERBIA!

The company does not take care about its passengers. On 04.01.25 flight JU335 from Zurich to Belgrade was cancelled while people were sitting in the airplane for 1 hour. Firstly, the pilot knowing the situation never ever took any effort to make sure the passengers have any idea what to expect or to do. The crowd went out to the airport without any idea what to do. Secondly, the AirSerbia office does not work and there is no one to answer any questions when to expect any update. I am with a small child was forced to stay in the airport and sleep on the bench without any care from. AirSerbia. Some people say it is normal, where I fortunatelly used to live in different normality. Dubai Airlines, AirFrance and others immediately took care of each passenger providing necessary assistance, hotel, food, water. AirSerbia - nothing. I hope the people working in management will one experience what is actually their company look like. Although, I bet those lazy managers just cutting between themselves government subsidies and barely making any progress in the services of the airline. My hatreed to this company is never gonna go away unless I see some real progress inside.

Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas mettre 0
Vol retardé et passé de 7h à 10h puis à 11h pour ensuite passer 1h dans le bus à l’arrêt puis 30min dans l’avion à l’arrêt. De même pour l’arrivée nous sommes restés dans l’avion à l’arrêt 30min.
Pour un vol devant arriver à 9h nous sommes arrivés à 15h…
Bien entendu nous n’avons eu aucune explication.
C’est la pire des compagnies, a fuir !!!!
