Super efficient to pick up and drop off. Zero waiting for staff to do things like check condition etc. On return, car was being inspected before I’d even finished parking! Car was better than I was expecting - literally brand new. The office was very easy to find, staff very professional. Not too pushy with the extra insurance, just made sure I was aware of the options. Having tried lots of hire companies around the world, you do get better service and better cars going direct to a large company, it’s worth the very small extra cost in my opinion. Thanks to the very professional and efficient staff at Pula airport, this was overall the best hire car experience I have had in 10+ years. Nothing bad to say at all.

Happy customer! Easy pick up. No issues when returning. They checked the car at the pick up and drop off so no nasty surprises. There was a bit of a queue when we arrived but it was moving quickly. At the same time all other rental desks were empty, it just shows you that sixt must be the best car rental at Pula airport. Many thanks

Nie wieder SIXT (zumindest in Kroatien), die Fahrzeugabholung war für 21:30 Uhr angekündigt, ich war auch um 21:20 Uhr überpünktlich vor Ort, leider musste ich sodann 45 Minuten an Schalter warten, da die Mitarbeiter sehr langsam gearbeitet haben. Ab 22 Uhr ging es dann schneller, dafür entstanden auch Zusatzkosten in Höhe von 32€ für die Abholung nach 22 Uhr. Ebenso wurde der Kindersitz nochmal berechnet und die Zusatzversicherung, welche ich bereits bei online-Reservierung bestellt und bezahlt hatte verneint und nochmals angeboten. Alles in allem kann man dahinter nur arglistige Täuschung vermuten. Daher kann ich von dieser Station nur dringend warnen!

Katarina è stata eccezionale! Gentile, cordiale e super disponibile, ci ha aiutati con tutte le pratiche per il noleggio dell’auto in modo rapido e senza stress. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare in Croazia. Al ritorno ci ha accolti con un bel sorriso, chiedendoci com’era andato il viaggio: davvero una persona attenta e professionale. - Preis Leistung war top - bekam einen Neuwagen Seat Ibiza mit nur 10km, ich war also der 1. Fahrer ;) Hatte keine Probleme, Fahrzeug und Ausstattung war 1A. - Service vor Ort war unkompliziert und schnell - es wurde auch übersetzt, wenn man das gesagte nicht so gut verstanden hatte. Gerne wieder.

Väldigt nöjda med uthyrningen! Allting gick bra och smidigt. Vi fick helt ny bil och vi fick även bra tips på ställen att besöka. Men se till att skaffa försäkring!
