The service at the check-in desk was ok, but the car was horrible. Full of dents and scratches, it had more than 90.000 kilometers, which is too much for a rented car, and the day before the last, the battery failed and we could not start it. The telephone assistance was awful, we waited for more than 20 minutes but could not talk to anyone. The last day we had to pay to a mechanic to jump-start the car, and we returned the car without filling out the tank because it is dangerous to tank with the engine running, and we did not dare to stop the car at the gas station being afraid that it would not start again. At the airport office we filled out a formal complaint, but in spite of that, we have been charged 25 euros for refueling service (apart from 9 euros for the actual fuel), they have not returned the mechanic fees,and they are not answering to my last email. So we will never repeat with this rental company again

Terrible experience! Avoid at all cost! My father rented a car from here for his short vacation. They gave him a damaged small fiat punto white car with only one light working! It was sooo hard and dangerous to drive at night. Even more, when he arrive at the airport at 3 am to return the car, they charged him even more than agreed they charged him as if it was a premium car price for each day (about 90 euros a day for such a car). Terrible experience very unprofessional service!!! Even after days of returning the car, still did not receive the deposit back!!

Everything went smooth. I got the car in less than 10 minutes, the lady at the office being very nice and professional. At drop off it went even faster, as they only asked me if the tank is full, and i let the key. I have booked via discovercars with full insurance and i only had a deposit of 200 euro, which went back into my account before the plane took off from Trieste. I also went to Slovenia for 1 day and because i let them know before, they only gave me the permission to cross the border without any extra fee, The only incovenience was that they changed the 4 doors mini class I have booked with a fiat 500 with only 2 doors. However it was one of my best rentals, given the value for money, quick response and honesty.
