A small airport with a nice selection of colourful aircrafts. Parking is a tricky and expensive business. Air conditioning is rubbish and you often end up boarding sweaty, not just in the summer. Staff friendliness may vary. Staff at the departures' bar has always proved to be nice and helpful. Quality is far better than average airport food and drinks. But aircon is really rubbish. Update August 2025: Something changed and now staff, check-in, queing system, security, parking, information, all contribute to inspire extended blasphemy in several languages idioms and dialects. And drinking water fountains are NOT available after security control. Just €2.90 75cl bottles

Aeroporto che col tempo si è trasformato in meglio con tanti voli e con tantissima gente dalla slovenia,Croazia e Austria. Il personale non è tanto simpatico. I bagni puliti e moderni. I parcheggi caretti quelli vicini.

Credo che la qualità del servizio non si misuri solo in prezzi e pulizia ma anche nei servizi garantiti. Il pagamento per il transito credo sia follia pura. Pessimo!

I travel to this airport regularly for more than 30 years... The airport has undergone several renovations over time but some problems still persist and there seems to be no real interest by the management of the airport to resolve them: 1. Parking, picking up/ dropping passengers... Almost every airport allows 10 to 15 minutes free parking in front of the terminal. At Trieste airport the newest creative idea has been to offer NO free parking at all!! Result is that there is a total jamming of cars and passengers at the entrance off the main road into the airport. This is dangerous to say the least as pedestrians could be run over by car traffic. We are taxpayers that provide for the infrastructure of the airport via our taxes! 2. Train station: the walk is about 1km over a bridge walkway... The escalators and people conveyer belts are always broken. For senior citizens, people with disabilities, mothers with prams and kids the walk to the terminal becomes a challenge, if not a nightmare... Exhausted before the checkin is even reached! 3. Toilets: very neglected cleaning with urine and dirt all over. I've never seen a cleaner in over 30 years even though I spend on average 2-3 hours at the airport. 4.xray checkpoint staff: the staff can often be very rude, insensitive and not helpful at all. Especially when the electronic entry doors activated by your boarding pass malfunction... They just stare at you from a distance and offer no help at all... Your tough luck if the doors don't open to allow you to access the xray security checkpoint area! Unfortunately I have to put up with all these negative aspects of Trieste airport as for family reasons I'm obligated to travel here, but if I had the choice I would rather choose Venice airport instead, even though it also has quite some flaws too.

Sosta breve passata a pagamento, assurdo pagare 1 euro per un transito brevissimo di qualche minuto. Inutile fare tanta promozione social all'aeroporto per poi passare a fare queste indecenze di pura speculazione. Per non parlare dei parcheggi a pagamento venduti a prezzi fuori da ogni logica, a questo punto preferisco farmi accompagnare da qualcuno.

A las 5 de la mañana ya estaba muy sucio, lo cual demuestra una gran dejadez. Además, la cola para pasar el control de seguridad iba muy lenta con una única línea abierta, algo que hay que tener en consideración.

Pessimo. Per quanto perfettamente collegato dal centro città, è il peggior aeroporto visitato finora. Annunci incomprensibili. Altoparlanti ad un volume pari a zero. Spazi assolutamente insufficienti. Ci hanno fatto andare al gate con ritardo già annunciato e ci sono molte persone costrette a rimanere in piedi. Una volta al gate, nessun servizio di bar/ristorazione, solo UN bagno funzionante. MAI PIÙ.

Punto Negativo è il parcheggio a pagamento soprattutto per uno che deve prendere un treno. Il parcheggio che una volta era gratis ora costa Troppo per un pendolare e per chi fa lunghe soste è impossibile. Preferiscono imporre prezzi assurdi e lasciare il parcheggio vuoto. Il pendolare è costretto ad andare in altre stazioni. Se abbassaste i prezzi e di molto guadagnereste di più perchè il parcheggio si riempirebbe. Vedo gente che parcheggia ľauto nelľarea artigianale, scende con la valigetta e se ne va a piedi per un lungo tratto per prendere il treno o ľaereo. Io ho dovuto pagare 30€ per aver lasciato la macchina tutto il giorno in parcheggio, MAI PIÙ.
