1. dDespite the information that I could rent using a debit card, they demanded a credit card. 2. They offer a choice of excess. On the spot it turned out that I had to buy full insurance. 3. When signing the contract, I was assured that they only offer new cars. The car was 6 years old and had over 100,000 km on the clock. 4. The car was not fully functional. 5. They hand over the car with 7/8 of the amount of fuel in the tank. You return it with a full tank because how can you fill up 7/8? It's a waste of your nerves. You come on vacation, to relax, and right from the airport they cheat and rip you off.

Simple et efficace Nous avons été surclassés avec un véhicule neuf à la consommation très économique (Skoda Octavia). Prise du véhicule et retour simples et sans surprise. Personnel aimable et disponible. Une bonne expérience !

Really good experience with Nova. The staff were efficient and polite and the car was brand new with only 150km. Originally I was offered a Renault Capture which was within the class I had booked (IFAR), but I've had one in the past and hated it. They changed it without any hassle and I was given a VW T Cross. I usually take 3rd party insurance however on this occasion I did take Nova's extra insurance which was quite reasonable compared to the big names who want €25-€30 per day.

Good service, nice new cars. Our flight to Split was moved to the next day, CS adviser changed our reservation and didn’t charge us for the day we initially booked service from and no late fee was applied. I reserved manual Renault Clio (or similar), but on the desk I was informed, that they have automatic cars only and gave me Seat Arona for the same price. It was a really nice surprise, car is new, clean and comfortable. Price is better than in most services I checked. I’ll definitely use their service again.

I read many horror stories online reviews so tried to be super careful who I chose. Nova seemed to have good independent reviews, so I went with them and was not disappointed. Paid an extra £10 to have them clean the car on my return and this was good value. Pickup was straightforward, as was drop off and the care we hired (Kia Sonic) was excellent. Thank you for a good experience.

Das Abholen und auch die Rückgabe des angemieteten Fahrzeugs (MG SUV) verliefen absolut problemlos. Die Mitarbeiter von Nova Rent (Sicily by car) waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich kann diese direkt im Flughafen gelegene Mietwagenfirma auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Great company to rent a car from in split airport. The car was almost brand new and immaculate. The lady at the desk was one of the nicest staff we have ever dealt with when renting a car. Everything was calm and well organised. We paid £10 extra up front for a clean at the end of our use as it needed to come back as it was. This was a surprise to us but it was optional. Thank you

Muy buena compañía de alquiler de coches. Alquilamos una semana para viajar entre Croacia y Bosnia y muy bien con el coche. Pagas lo que te dicen, sin sorpresas. Nos devolvieron el depósito al final del viaje sin ningún problema.

Attention aux frais supplémentaires "cachés" : nous avons réservé une semaine de location pour 349€ sur le site, avec une date de retour du véhicule le jour de Pâques : aucune indication sur le site lors de la saisie des dates qu'il y aurait des frais supplémentaires en agence à cause de Pâques. A notre arrivée au moment de prendre la voiture, nous présentons notre confirmation de réservation ; l'agent nous informe alors d'une surtaxe de 50€ pour retour le dimanche de Pâques ! C'est à prendre ou à laisser... 50€ de frais supplémentaires sur une semaine de location dont la réservation initiale était de 349 €, le surplus est énorme ! Pas le choix, il était 19h, nous avons donc pris la voiture en payant les 50€ de surtaxe. A notre retour de voyage, nous faisons un mail de réclamation au service client qui nous répond que dans les conditions générales il est indiqué (en tout petit et en fouillant dans la FAQ, ce que l'on ne fait jamais quand on réserve car on n'a pas de questions justement) que : "une surtaxe peut être appliquée le jour de Noël et de Pâques". Il n'est à aucun moment indiqué sur le site ce montant exorbitant de 50€... Si cette information avait été indiquée clairement nous aurions réservé chez un autre loueur... Nous louons depuis des années des voitures dans le monde entier pour nos voyages, nous n'avons jamais eu ce genre de désagrément malhonnête et le sentiment d'être pris au piège de la surfacturation au dernier moment... Pensez à éviter la prise de véhicule ou le retour les jours de fête dans cette agence !

Great car rental place. Everything was smooth in and out, good prices, nice and clean cars. The only reason I am taking away 1 star is that there are actually some hidden fees: one is 10 Eur you need to pay for washing/cleaning the car unless you declare you would wash it before returning (?), and second is winter tyres which if you dig deeper into the website are extra, but they won't tell you that when you go through the booking process. These should be clearly included in the final price you get online. Apart from these observations, it's a great rental place and I would certainly rent from them again when in Split.

Super happy with the level of service! Split Airport was our car return location but we spent quite some time to find their counter, which is actually jointly operated with another operator. The lady at the counter knew that we were going to be late for our flight and she had really done everything she could to help us to speed up the process. The way she calmly and quickly handled our return was really impressive.
