Make sure to take lots of pictures before hiring! They do an extremely rigorous check post-hire and found a very small scratch on the outside wheel. I am 99.9% sure I didn't do this (if nothing else, how do you even scratch the outside tyre?!) but was foolish enough not to have taken photos beforehand so was hit with a €55 charge. I have a feeling this is just an extra money-spinner for them so make sure to combat it by taking meticulous photos to cover yourself, or take out third-party excess cover

Rented from this company for four days and had an extremely poor experience. When I picked up the car I only paid a deposit of 0.1 euro, I was afraid of problems and took pictures of all four sides of the car in case there were scratches, the staff said there was only one small scratch and nothing else. Came to return the car late in the end, looked around and it was fine, and in the end, like other users in the reviews said, the staff pointed out the small scratch on the right front wheel hub and said I had hung it up. But it's totally impossible! I had a dedicated parking space for those four days, and there were no curb cuts or collisions around the parking space, so how could I have scratched it. Secondly, the photos I took could not see the wheels so detailed, I asked if there were any previous photos, they said no , the last time returned the car, his colleague did not report this, it should be what I got. This should be their fraudulent compensation techniques, advise you not to rent a car here, if you have to rent, drive before the necessity of the wheel hub four also to take pictures.

⚠️ The worst expirience in my life. They will try to take your money in every way, legally or not. They gave me car and they told me the tank is full but it was not and they demand to return car with full tank. !!!!!! Thats one thing. WARNING all other rewievs are false from bot accounts.

We were very happy to rent a car from Locauto at Trieste Airport. The rental process and returning the car was simple and convenient. The car was new or almost new. Everything went well and the prices were fair. I can recommend this place and I would rent a car there again.
