Nicht zu empfehlen – schlechter Service und unfreundliches Personal!!! Wir hatten eine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit Enterprise in Dubrovnik. Unser Auto ging während der Reise kaputt, und wir mussten kurzfristig einen Mietwagen organisieren. Wir sprechen leider keinerlei Englisch, so war es für uns noch stressiger. Für uns wurde über die ADAC ein Fahrzeug reserviert, sodass wir mit dem Taxi zur Filiale gefahren sind. Leider wurden wir dort auf die schlimmste Weise enttäuscht. Ein Mitarbeiter war extrem genervt und unfreundlich. Als er mit einem Kollegen telefonierte, wurden wir mit den Worten **„No Car, Problem, Go“** abgewiesen – ohne jegliche Erklärung oder Hilfe. Diese Art der Kundenbetreuung ist völlig unprofessionell und unmenschlich. Ich kann niemandem empfehlen, sich auf diesen Anbieter zu verlassen. So eine Situation wünscht man wirklich keinem!

There’s a 2,000€ hold placed when you rent in case of “damages”. They charge for the tiniest scratches that typically seem like normal wear and tear. Just make sure you have insurance or they’ll screw you and your wallet.

***WARNING: THEY SCAM THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ENTERPRISE DUBROVNIK AIRPORT*** I experienced a mechanical problem with my rental car while traveling through Croatia, Montenegro, and Albania. Unfortunately, the issue occurred in Albania when I had a transmission problem and the car was unfit to drive back to Dubrovnik. First, it took 13 phone calls before I could finally reach someone at Enterprise to alert them to the mechanical problem. Then, a tow truck didn't arrive until THREE DAYS later. So I had to extend my stay in Albania, pay for additional accommodations, make new flights, etc. just to wait for the tow truck so that I could get the vehicle safely back to Enterprise. Finally, the tow truck arrives and takes the car. Then they didn't mark the vehicle as received until two days after it was picked up. Then, the grand finale: They tell me there was nothing wrong with the car and automatically charge my card $1,073 USD for the 150 mile (250km) tow! That's right, they charged my credit card over one thousand USD, a truly unbelievable amount of money, to tow their car back to them that had a mechanical issue. And then had the gonads to tell me nothing was wrong with the car so that they could justify charging me over 3x what the normal amount of such a tow would cost. Furthermore, I took a picture of the dash just before the tow truck took the vehicle that shows it had 8/8 full fuel. But they marked it being received with only 4/8 fuel, despite less than 1 kilometer being added to the odometer. (Probably because they rented it to me on empty with only 1/8 fuel!) So clearly the tow driver didn't drive the car except on and off the truck, so where did the half tank of fuel go? I'll tell you where: lies and fraud from Enterprise Rent-A-Car Dubrovnik Airport. Go rent from anywhere else but these guys. If you ever have a problem with your rental car, you're in for a NIGHTMARE!

A fuir, nous avons eu une panne d'embrayage apres 250 kms de route. Entreprise Alamo nous a mis a disposition une voiture de remplacement sans discuter et nous preleve sur notre compte à notre retour la somme de 2412 eur pour reparation ! sans devis , juste une facture sur notre boite de mail 15 jours apres ! n''avons aucun recours. Nous avions laissé une empreinte de carte bleue à notre arrivee d'un montant de 1200 eur et ils ont le droit de prelever plus ! c'est une honte

Over the phone colleague said for a bigger truck (than the one they gave me) from 8am to 17pm (tomorrow) is 250EUR. When I was returning the vehicle they charged me additional 100EUR for bringing the vehicle after 24hrs. So not only I was scammed about the vehicle, but also the price. Thanks for reminding me never to go with franchises again.

Réservation faite à 15h via un prestataire en ligne, pour une prise de voiture à 15h30 le jour même. Tarif dérisoire, moins de 10€ par jour. Les loueurs de voitures sont situés en face de l’aéroport, pas besoin de navettes ou autre. Peu d’attente hors saison. Équipe dynamique, tout en anglais. Pas de stress d’assurance ou autre quand on possède une carte de CRÉDIT. Retour facile. Je recommande

Una compañía que deja mucho que desear!!! Cuando llego me dicen que no tienen sillas para mis hijos, que he de recogerlas en otra compañía (reserva hecha más de 3 meses antes) Coche por debajo de lo que alquilé, pagué por Peugeot 308 o similar y me dan un Dacia Jogger y encima nos hizo aguaplaning por todo el camino que incluso casi tenemos un accidente con mis hijos dentro porque el coche nos derrapó (íbamos a 40-50 km/h) al frenar porque un camión invadió nuestro carril. Dejamos el coche con más gasolina por error y dicen que no nos devuelven la diferencia pero sin embargo si lo dejamos con menos si nos la hubieran cobrado... En conclusión una compañía PENOSA que más nunca volveré a alquilar nada ahí...

Excellent car and service received from Enterprise Rent-a-car. Picked up a car in Zabgreb airport, rented for 15 days, and dropped off at Dubrovnik airport. Car was in excellent condition, and service from both the Zagreb and Dubrovnik airport locations were excellent.
