Wir wurden schnell bedient, und die zu unterschreibenden Dokumente wurden erklärt. Es gab nur eine kurze Wartezeit, weil vor mir noch ein anderer Kunde war. Der Mitarbeiter am Schalter, als auch die Mitarbeiterin, die den Zustand des Autos dokumentiert hat, waren freundlich. Die Mitarbeiterin, die den Zustand des Fahrzeuges dokumentierte wirkte aber etwas genervt, weil wir wegen der (z. T. schlechten) Erfahrungen, die wir bereits mit anderen Autovermietungen gemacht haben, den Zustand des Autos selbst durch viele Fotos ausführlich dokumentierten. Dies dauerte ihr offensichtlich zu lange. Das Auto war fast neu (2500 km gelaufen) und wirklich in einem Top Zustand. Die Rückgabe war um 04:00 Uhr morgens vereinbart. Dies kostet extra, weil außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten, war aber bereits im Angebot so enthalten. Die Rückgabe verlief problemlos. Der junge Mann, der das Auto im Empfang genommen hat, hat das Auto sehr genau untersucht. Das war aber in Ordnung. Wir hatten das Fahrzeug abends noch kurz gewaschen. Nach 14-Tagen Nutzung ohne Regen war das Auto Außen echt schmutzig. Damit war er einverstanden. Eine „Extra-Reinigungsgebühr“ wurde damit nicht fällig. Der Mitarbeiter hat in meinem Beisein alsdann die Kaution auf der Kreditkarte freigegeben und wir konnten beruhigt in unser Flugzeug steigen. Insgesamt eine positive Überraschung, weil die bisherigen Rezensionen eher ein nicht so gutes Handling vermuten liessen. Wir sagen vielen Dank und können Autowill empfehlen.

Я тоже вынужден написать негативный отзыв. Но напишу в двух словах. 1. Сразу рассчитывайте на то, что заплатите 19€ за чистку. 2. Когда принимаете машину, то заглядывайте под днище машины и смотрите там царапины! У меня нашли под бампером не то царапины не то грязь, в итоге посчитали это недостатком. Так же рекомендую смотреть на выхлопную трубу. Возможно вас заставлять платить или полировать ее, потому что она уже не будет той, как до аренды.

Wszystko super, auto nowe, czyste, zatankowane w pełni. Nie rozumiem negatywnych opinii - po prostu na początku poświęćcie kilkanaście minut na obejrzenie auta, wymuście zaznaczenie wszystkich, nawet najdrobniejszych rys i tyle - nie dajcie sobie wmówić że nie trzeba czegoś zaznaczać i że małe rysy są akceptowalne. Polecam.

Stay far away from this company. They offered us a vehicle that dashboard was inoperable and knew that it was not working prior to allowing us to sign for the vehicle. It wasn’t until we conducted the inspection that we discovered this issue and provided poor service to get us viable option to replace it. They also did not allow us to be returned the amount of our rental and that’s a total scam. STAY FAR AWAY! Go with a better reputable option like SIXT or Hertz that is next door to this company.

Great and modern car. Friendly staff. Deposit with debit card is possible as well. Existing damages on the car were documented together. There was 19€ of cleaning fee. But it was clearly communicated (I could have cleaned it by myself as well) and it’s a fair price. I can’t comment on their behaviour in case of damages after returning. For me everything was fine.

Отличный сервис, дали машину лучше, чем резервировали. Машина 2023 года с маленьким пробегом. Никаких доп страховок я не брал, предложили, я тактично отказался. В авто было 7/8 бака топлива, вернул также. Да, машину нужно вернуть чистую или оплатить мойку 18,75 евро. Я вернул чистую. Прием машины занял примерно 15 минут. Депозит разблокировали сразу. У меня был прекрасный опыт. Спасибо AUTOWILL и приятным сотрудникам.

Wypożyczenie auta na lotnisku w Zadarze przebiegło sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Kaucja w wysokości 700 euro została w całości zwrócona. Samochód oddaliśmy umyty, wysprzątany i zatankowany do pełna – wszystko zgodnie z ustaleniami. Obsługa była profesjonalna i uprzejma. Polecam Autowill każdemu, kto szuka pewnej i uczciwej wypożyczalni w Chorwacji.

Super wypożyczalnia, wszystko sprawnie, nic nie naliczane dodatkowo! Jak ktoś jest zdziwiony że musi oddać czyste auto to świadczy o jego kulturze, a informacja o kwocie czyszczenia wnętrza jest widoczna, także wystarczy przeczytać to co jest napisane. Bei der Abgabe waren wir viel früher als geplant dort, aber dies war kein Problem (sieht in der Hochsaison vielleicht anders aus) . Die Service fee für Reinigung steht fett angeschrieben und sollte eingeplant werden. Kindersitz Bereitstellung hat geklappt (gegen Aufpreis).

Zdecydowanie polecam tą wypożyczalnię. Auto wypożyczone przez stronę discovercars.com na 7 dni z pełnym ubezpieczeniem za ~500zł. Na miejscu dostaliśmy nowiutką Skodę Scala w bardzo fajnym standardzie. Wszystko odbyło się totalnie bezproblemowo, depozyt 700 euro zwrócony na konto w ciągu kilku sekund, bez żadnych dodatkowych opłat. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, polecam 👌

Service was very quick. Deposit was really small, just 200 euro for minivan, it was returned in 1 hour. Everything was checked carefully by consultant. We had a little damage on the door, but insurance covered it. Thanks. I’m sure we will return in the future.

Dzień dobry, na początku zaznaczam że był to mój pierwszy wynajem w jakiejkolwiek wypożyczalni za granicą. Wynajem samochodu przez oficjalna stronę AUTOWILL, wraz z pakietem ubezpieczenia L, dla świętego spokoju. Jak się później okazało- bylo warto tzn. zaczynając od obsługi, bardzo miła na spokojnie dogadaliśmy się po angielsku i wszystkie kwestie były dogadane i udokumentowane tj. Rysy, ubytki w lakierze, brudne wnętrze, zostałem poinformowany że samochód trzeba oddać czysty z pełnym zbiornikiem, WSZYSTKO JEST NA UMOWIE. Czytając inne opinie o tym że się przyczepiają do byle czego byłem przerażony, dlatego wracamy znowu do pakietu ubezpieczenia oferowanego przez AUTOWILL, podczas mojego pobytu pod hotelem ktoś nam zarysował samochód, zorientowałem się po fakcie. Każdemu komu się to przytrafi zalecam od razu zgłosić wszystko do wypożyczalni, ode mnie nie odebrali więc wszystko pokazałem przy oddawaniu samochodu. Szkoda udokumentowana na papierze oględziny itp. Szkoda oszacowana jako mała czyli kasują nas na 400€. Wszystko mnie ominęło i zwrócili depozyt. Edit. Przez stronę wynająłem toyotę Aygo. Dostaliśmy Opla crosslanda, brak dodatkowych kosztów, a wiekszy samochód. SUPER Mam wrażenie że ludzie piszący wszystkie kiepskie opinie, nie kupują ubezpieczenia które jest drogie, tylko liczą że im się uda. Po co?
