Lopovi! Platili smo online i odma sam nazvao na broj da pitam neke informacije, lokaciju i za avans. Gospodja mi je rekla da je sve u redu. Dosao sam iz Novog Sada i kad sam stigao trazili su mi kreditnu karticu da bi morao ostaviti depozit na njoj od 1350€ ! Kad sam rekao da nemam karticu rekli su mi da ne mogu da uzmem auto i ostao sam tamo bez . Naravno, novaz koju su skinuli za rentiranje ne zele da vrate, sramota!!! ZAOBIDJITE OVU KOMPANIJU !

Tout simplement une arnaque de grande beauté. Je suis arrivé a l'agence j'ai réservé un véhicule pour le récupérer il fallait payé une assurance de 60 euros par jours (pour information ma location pour 3 jours était de 49.99)j'ai une carte Visa première a débit et non crédit c'est pour la raison d'où il fallait une assurance de 60 par jours je leur est expliqué que avec ma carte Visa première (gold) j'ai une assurance comprise. J'ai donc proposé une caution beaucoup plus élevé il on refusé je comprends pas si jabime le véhicule vous auriez la caution pour le réparer ? Donc pourquoi votre assurance ? Car si je ramène le véhicule sans défaut il me rendre la caution donc pas de gros profit avec l'assurance c'est 180 euros dans leurs poches La femme de l'agence était très décevant J'ai suis donc parti sans véhicules MERCI AVIS Pour cette ARNAQUE (d'habitude je vais chez Budget agence ferme car c'était férié)

Prima auto elke keer. Afhalen duurde lang vanwege de 4 mensen voor mij die allemaal veel handelingen moeten doen. Aardige man die snel werkte maar het kost toch zo'n 10-15min per auto. Staat ook slecht aangegeven op het vliegveld. Alle rentals staan op een pleintje achter het parkeerterrein aan de andere kant van de weg (bij een grote parkeergarage). Update je kunt vooraf je gegevens online invullen wat het proces versnelt.

Personnel agréable, l’emplacement par rapport à l’aéroport n’est pas renseigné, le trajet pour si rendre n’est pas facile, voir impossible avec plusieurs valises.

The worst Avis franchise that I know for. 1st issue two years ago: I was charged double for the insurance. 2nd issue last year: I got a dirty car. 3rd issue today: they rented my car to someone else as my flight was late. Good excuse to cancel already paid rent. They were very sorry and told me that 'it is bigger problem for them, than for me'. I don't know how, but I guess that they do. Personnel incompetent and unprofessional. I'll make sure that Avis global hears for this incompetent agency. Do not rent your vehicle here.

Iznajmila sam vozilo od kompanije za iznajmljivanje vozila Avis Serbia u periodu od 02.03.2025 do 10.03.2025 po ceni od 91 € sto je u redu,rezervacija i plaćanje najma izvršeno je preko Aplikacije CHECK24. Problem nastaje u Beogradu od strane Avis kompanije, prilikom preuzimanja vozila blokiran je iznos na kreditnoj kartici u iznosu od 1372,03 € kao depozit,vozilo je bez problema vraceno 10.03.2025 ,tog dana iznos na kartici je trebao biti odblokiran sa racuna, medjutim meni je limit na kartici umanjen za taj iznos od 1372,03€. Kada sam kontaktirala Avis kompaniju putem e mail adrese beg@avis.rs receno mi je da su oni iznos odblokirali i da nije njihov problem sto moje pare nisu vraćene i da kontaktiram banku jel banka ima pravo da zadrži iznos maksimalno 30 dana,s obzirom da je proslo vise od 30 dana banka jos uvek nije pustila novac kontaktirala sam BAnka Intesa Beograd sa čijeg terminala je povučena kartica,kao odgovor sam dobila da iz razloga što nisam musterija njihove banke ne mogu da mi daju informacije.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They completely ignored the terms of the contract. I had prepaid for the car, and the woman at the kiosk was incredibly rude. She tried to scam me by asking for a 5k deposit. Now, I'm stuck waiting for a refund. This is definitely not the Avis you see around the world. Avoid this service at all costs.

Here is another victim of the ‘€15,000 deposit’!!! I found out that 15,000 euros is not even agreed by their rules, their terms and conditions state that the deposit should not be more than 5,000 euros, even if all CDW and other insurances are refused. The original text reads:If the customer does not have CDW included in the booking the deposit amount which will be held on his credit card is up to EUR 5,000. So if any future customers can record the bollocks from these counter staff, perhaps we can hold them accountable, either by initiating a dispute with the bank or filing a lawsuit.

Katastrofa, neljubaznost, neprofesionalnost. Rezervacija uradjena i potvrda i vaucer primljeni. Ali auto nema. Kazu da nemaju slobodan auto. Ne vracaju kauciju. Uvek mora doplata OPREZ PREVARANTI

It’s a scam! I’ve taken basic insurance upon booking, then I was charged additional insurance that was 7x the price of the whole rental when picking up the car. How is that reasonable or even legal!? Wish I have read these reviews before.

araç teslim ederken 50 euro cezanız var dediler nakit 50 euro resmen rüşvet para aldılar. bu konuda ne makbuz ne bi fiş verdiler. uçak saatimiz yaklaştığı için uğraşmadık verdik. daha sonra depozito için kredi kartı blokemi 1 ayda kaldırmadılar. 1 ayın sonunda bir de 150 euro ceza kesintisi yapmışlar. Kısacası hiç güvenilir bir kiralama süreci yaşamadık. Kesinlikle bir daha kiralamam

It was already catastrophic, now it is even worse. No matter if you book it in advance or not, you will have to wait a veryyy looooong time, sometimes more than 1h, before you get your key. And same when you give the car back. Not to mention cars are dirty and stink tobacco. This AVIS agency is probably the worst in whole Europe.

Booking üzerinden araç tuttum soğuk havada kuyrukta yaklaşık olarak 1 saat beklettiler sıram geldiğinde günlük 40 Euro kasko bedeli sundu kabul etmedim o yüzden 1400 Euro depozito çekeceğim dedi 35 ülke gezdim her ülkede araç kiralıyor en fazla 400 Euro depozito öderdim, sonra bana diyor ki 15 gün içerisinde iade ederiz eğer araca bir hasar olmazsa, kesinlikle ve kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum araç almadım çünkü kullandırtmam kendimi zaten üç günlük 50 $ ödemiştim booking’e yansın dedim gittim komşusundan Sixt kral gibi araç kiraladım 400 Euro depozito kasko dahil günlük 35 $ sakın Avis‘tan almayın kesinlikle almayın bedava dese almayın. I rented a car through Booking, they made me wait in line for about 1 hour in the cold weather, when my turn came, they offered me a daily insurance fee of 40 Euros, I did not accept it, so they said they would charge me a deposit of 1400 Euros. I have visited 35 countries, I rent cars in every country, I would pay a maximum of 400 Euros deposit, then they told me they would refund it within 15 days if there is no damage to the car, I definitely do not recommend Avis, I did not get the car because I would not let myself use it, I had already paid $50 for three days, I said let it be reflected on Booking, I went and rented a car from Sixt, 400 Euros deposit, insurance included, $35 per day, do not rent from Avis, definitely do not rent, do not rent if it says it is free. حجزت سيارة عن طريق بوكينج وقفت بالطابور بالبرد حوالي ساعة و لما اجى دوري بيقلي التأمين ٤٠ يورو باليوم قلتلو ما بدي تأمين قلي معناتا بدك تدفع ١٤٠٠ يورو و منرجعها خلال ١٥ يوم طبعاً مبلغ خيالي قلتلو انا دائما بستأجر التأمين بيكون اكتر شي ٤٠٠ يورو قال يا تأمين ١٤٠٠ يورو يا بتدفع عن كل يوم ٤٠ تأمين شامل و بتدفع ٥٠٠ يورو تأمين قام قلتلو الغي الحجز و الله ما بخلي يستغلني قلي لغيه انت من بوكينج طبعا راح عليي الحجز بس كان ٥٠ دولار و انا م سألت المهم ما اتعامل مع نصابين رح عند جارو استاجرت تامين شامل بربع السعر و اخدو تأمين ٤٠٠ يورو فقط انتبهو Avis شركة نصب في صربيا و كتير عالم كاتبة بالتعليقات انو رحلها مصاري .

Unacceptable service. Terrible service. Good car on good condition but drop off service is terrible. We had full insurance and we had to wait in queue with all people who were waiting to get their car. Even when I asked if we can skip the contract closing as they mention, they said that we have to close the contract and have to wait Imagine that we were 2,5 hours earlier and they had us waiting for more that 45 minutes. Terrible service. Will not go there again. PS: I own my own car rental company in Corfu (Greece), we never treat our customers like that. Time is money especially for business users

2025: There are many negative reviews about Avis and I understand frustration for the insurance since this is only in Serbia ( and Mexico) , but at the same time it's not fair to judge entire company and their staff. I wasn't happy nether to pay some dollar extra, but Marina and her team took a great care of me, and i will rent from them again. I am recommending to everyone to reach out directly to Avis to avoid surprises with price and insurance. That's what I am doing. Thank you Marina and Stefan for always great service! Avis is lucky to have you. 2024:I just rented again, actually two times this year. They are still the winning team! From now on, I am only renting from them. No doubts. 2023:"Avis - Payless" team in Belgrade is fantastic. They are fast and professional. Marina at the desk was very nice, friendly, and professional. Gentlemen on drop off as well.

Terrible experience! I reserved a vehicle in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told they had given my car to someone else and had nothing else available. They showed no concern for the fact that they left a family of five stranded without transportation. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time making a reservation here—it clearly means nothing to them.
