La réservation a été faite auprès d’Avis via Rentalcars. L’agence Avis a ajouté des frais liés à l’utilisation d’une carte de débit et non de crédit. Cela a multiplié le prix de la location par 4. A vérifier pour les français qui passent par Belgrade.

If there is a 0 star that would be most suitable for this agency. I booked a full SUV months in advance and was offered Opel Corsa for the price of suv booking because they have no bigger cars available. It is a complete scam, don’t book online, even with others. They all appear to be doing the same thing, trying to charge you their own rates once you have no choice by sending you to check with the other car rental companies where they have the vehicle you want at 2-3 times the price you originally booked for. Better book with local small car rental companies.

Worst rent a car ever. I paid 180e online for whole deal and when i came to pick up the car they charged me 320e more.I was literally robbed. I didn't got the car I booked ,all in all terrible service.

I had a terrible experience with them. I prepaid for my rental and had my own insurance, so I clearly declined any extra coverage at the counter. I remember very clearly the staff telling me, “you don’t have full insurance from us, so if there’s any damage, you have to go through your own insurance,” and I agreed to that. But after I returned the car in perfect condition and flew back to my home country, I found out they charged my credit card around 600 euros for some made-up “extra insurance” and “road assistance” that I NEVER agreed to, never signed for, and never needed. There was absolutely no mention of these charges during pickup or drop-off. It feels like a scam. I’ve contacted their customer service and am still waiting for a refund. Be very careful when renting from them — they sneak in extra charges after you’ve left, hoping you won’t notice. I will also be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Totally unacceptable practice.

🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Terrible agency!! I booked a car with Bugget but unfortunately they didn't work and they gave me a new agency called Avis. When I got there they didn't know what I was talking about. Later I had to pay a deposit for the car and additional costs: extra driver, extra state and extra insurance. In the end they cheated us. They didn't refund our deposit money which is legally and morally theirs to refund. Even worse they took even more money from my card. Disgusting agency and I do not recommend it to anyone. Stay away from AVIS AGENCY 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

J’ai loué déjà plusieurs fois chez Avis. Voilà mes expériences: - le montant bloqué est toujours supérieur de celui stipulé dans le contrat - le réservoir non plein - littéralement jamais une réponse aux appels. Le call center est hors service, au numéro direct ils ne répondent non plus - la personne au garage qui fait check out désagréable - la voiture très sale, dégoûtante - quand on leur fait des remarques sur place ils on mit toujours une réponse maline. On voit bien qu’ils en fiche complètement de satisfaction de clients Mon résumé: à éviter absolument !!!!

Voiture réservé sur internet pour une semaine 106€.. labas en arrivant il nous dise que on peux pas récupérer la voiture car on a payer avec carte de debit et pas credit ils ont voulu nous faire payer une assurance de plus de 50€ par jour ce qui nous fais 506€ pour ptite i20 de merde ce qui et honteux et sur le site en aucun cas cetais précisé et na bloque la carte cest tt simplement honteux il font expres pour que sur place vous etes obligé de payer plus et la bonne femme ne voulez rien savoir aucun remboursement rien a éviter absolument, super image que sa nous donne.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AVIS LOCATION!!!they will add over $500 of hidden fees without your permission unless you want to pay 6X of what they quoted you avoid at all costs! The service was unprofessional and they are a huge scam! This place made me reconsider renting a car ever again they are the reason rental car companies get such a bad rep. I don’t know how it’s legal for them to still be open!

Noleggiato a buon prezzo, al momento del ritiro dell'auto considerano i Vaucher un acconto e stipulano un contratto ad un prezzo indegno, firmi sul tablet senza poter leggere il contratto ed il gioco è fatto, per un noleggio di 50 € me ne hanno addebitati altri 400! Vergognosi!!! Segnalata come procedura commerciale scorretta ma ovviamente i miei soldi sono andati

Bila je tačna, efikasna i sve je prošlo brzo i bez ikakvih problema. Automobil je bio spreman, čist i potpuno u skladu s dogovorom. Marija je pokazala visok nivo odgovornosti i ljubaznosti, što je ostavilo jako dobar utisak. The Avis branch at Belgrade Airport seems built to scam tourists. I had a confirmed booking, but the price was suddenly increased on pickup with shady extra charges and a manipulated exchange rate. You feel completely powerless and forced to accept being ripped off. I’ll never rent from Avis again and strongly advise others to avoid them. This kind of business model is disgraceful.
