Positieve ervaring! Had via booking.com een VW t-roc geboekt, heb uiteindelijk een helemaal nieuwe Suzuki Vitara hybride gekregen. Zeer positief zowel met ophalen van de auto als met het weer inleveren.

It was very fast, kind service at the counter. I consider the cost is in a good relation with the service we got. Car was new with 15km, clean very clean! Returning the car was very easy, very friendly service, Marko is the best! About phone support, it was also great, right away got answer, girl solved my problem with the ramp at airport in minutes.

I've rented from Avantcar at the Zagreb airport twice this year, and both experiences were excellent. The customer service team was friendly and welcoming both times. Picking up and returning the car was quick and hassle-free. The vehicle was brand new, equipped with Apple CarPlay and plenty of convenient features. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend Avantcar.

Company lies about the return time, while the confirmation clearly stated the right time, they argued it was 2 hours earlier to charge a day extra. Also they charge a ridiculous amount of 62 euros for fueling up the tank with 5 liters. Impolite personnel as well

We have had multiple positive experiences with Avantcar at Zagreb Airport. Every rental has been straightforward, without any hidden tricks or complications like with many other companies. The process is always easy, fast, and the staff is professional and competent.

Ich kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen. Entscheidet euch nicht für diesen Anbieter. Es wird eine relativ hohe Kaution verlangt und man erwartet, dass ihr eine Kreditkarte mitbringt. Haben wir, doch sie wurde vor Ort nicht akzeptiert, obwohl wir eine Master und eine Visa Karte dabei hatten. Uns wurde somit "angeboten", dass wir doch die Zusatzversicherung über Avantcar abschließen sollen, was die Kaution auf 200€ beschränkt und wir nur so das Auto bekämen. Obwohl wir das Auto vorher über Booking komplett abgesichert hatten und dafür bereits 100 € Extra zahlten, haben wir auch dann noch diese extra Versicherung abgeschlossen, da wir auf das Auto angewiesen waren. Zu guter letzt stellte sich dann raus, dass wir statt einem gebuchten Kombi einen SUV erhielten... absolut unterirdisch, vor allem wenn es für die Reise relevant ist. Einen Kombi hätten sie gehabt aber den wollte man uns nur für 100€ pro Tag extra überlassen. Kroatien ist ein tolles Land und absolut besuchenswert aber lasst euch den Urlaub nicht von sowas vermiesen.
