Also für mich ist es eine top Anlaufstelle in Zagreb zwecks Autovermietung. Die Mitarbeiter sind superfreundlich und die Preise sind mehr als Fair für den Standort. Ich kann die Vermietung AvantCar nur Empfehlen und werde in Zukunft wenn möglich nur dort Buchen.

Des voleurs ! Nous avons loué une voiture et nous avons fait une marque près du coffre. Nous avons abîmé le véhicule, c’est normal que nous payons mais 500 e ! Pour une trace ! Dont, excusez du peu, 100 e de frais de dossier (les frais de dossier correspondent au mail qu’ils nous ont envoyé avec la facture). Une honte ! Nous ne repasserons jamais avec ce loueur.

Had a fairly good experience with renting a small car for a week in Croatia with Avantcar after I was let down (as usual) by Green Motion. Chap at the rental desk was nice, as usual tried to offer the additional insurance but wasn't pushy about it. I had to pay the cross-border fee and he was helpful in telling me where to get the vignette for other countries - something I would have forgotten otherwise. After that, though, I had a hard time actually finding the car. The location isn't clear, and I found myself walking around a car park for around 10 minutes checking the number plate of every car there. Turns out the rental cars are behind some cabins in the corner. Perhaps a signpost or a even a small map on the keychain would help. The car was fine throughout the whole rental. Didn't damage it, filled it up full before returning. Return process was fairly straightforward, and deposit was unblocked on my card a day later. As with all car rentals, be sure to take lots of photos and videos when picking up and returning - just in case! Would use Avantcar again, good price, good service.

NO alquilar con esta empresa es un ABUSO. Teníamos ya un seguro a todo riesgo contratado por Booking. El contrato de alquiler ponía una fianza de 2.500 y como la tarjeta de quien hizo el contrato no tenía tanto límite de crédito, le dimos otra tarjeta, no la acepto porque decía que tenía que ser el mismo titular que contrato el coche. Y nos obligaron a contratar un seguro a todo riesgo si o si, por un importe de 278€ porque de esa manera la fianza bajaba a 300€. Unos estafadores!!!

I had an excellent experience with this car rental service. The Peugeot I rented was brand new and in perfect condition, making my trip very comfortable and worry-free. Via Revolt (app) I managed to get a digital debit card in 10 minutes that works for the rental of the car. The employees were very kind and helped me whenever necessary. The suzuki swift had android carplay which helped with the navigation and music. 10/10 would recommend.
