I have never written a review before but writing it this time only to express how terrible my experience with this company has been. They might lure you with a low initial fee but once they trap you, they'd inundate you with tons of hidden fee and charges. Some are so ridiculous that I haven't ever heard before (like car wash fee). They use scaremongering and threatening tactics (filing a police report even for the tiniest of scratches) to force you to buy their insurance policy - I have rented in Croatia before and I know that you don't have to file a police report for a scar. They also claimed that if I don't buy the insurance, my deposit of 1800 euros would be blocked for up to a month! They charged me instantly 45 euros for out of office hours fee when I was 15 mins late (due to delayed flight). They added on with 75 euro fee to cross the border, 25 euros for car wash and 125 for insurance. In the end I got so frustrated that I asked them to show me where those terms and conditions were listed (on car rental site or the voucher) and they were unable to do so. Also, I rented a large car and they only gave me a compact SUV in which my stroller + bag didn't even fit. Please don't fall for a competitive price offer and go to an established agency for your own mental santiy.

BE CAREFUL TO HAVE A CREDIT CARD AND NOT A DEBIT CARD. If you don’t have a credit card you need to pay a 450€ fees in order to drive the car, it’s a known scam ! Ready the terms and conditions before ordering

家族旅行で利用しました。フル保証、クロスボーダー、GPS選択可だったのと、Google Mapのレビュー評価が高かったので利用しました。 メルセデスのAクラス相当を予約してきましたが、スペインの車メーカーCopraの新車を手配してくれました。GPSの在庫がなかったとの説明で、代わりにApple Car Playを利用してくれと言われましたが、Apple Car Playの方が快適だったのと、GPS分の料金が引かれていたので満足です。

Auto gehuurd via booking.com bij Avant Car Dubrovnik Airport. Boeking goed verlopen. Vriendelijk geholpen bij ophalen en terugbrengen van de auto. We namen de extra verzekering van Avant Car in geval we schade zouden hebben. Auto was nieuw dus alles verliep perfect tijdens onze reis. Enige minpunten voor ons: huurprijs autostoeltje/verhoogje kind (wij deden dit niet en kochten zelf eentje aan) en feit dat je de auto gewassen moest terugbrengen (dit hebben we nog nergens moeten doen en we hadden net een witte auto gekregen 😅)

The car was as expected, but the way the Insurances are sold is not acceptable. The normal Insurance which you are almost obliged to take was 365 euro, close to the 12 days rental price. And the damages were prelisted. At very high rates. Also the check out at dubrovnik airport was done with a detailed approach as trying to find sth. As to recover from the franchise. As all was fine norhing was invoiced. But a very bad experience which left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never book a car again with this company.

Lorena was lovely to work with, easy as well. The car was clean and ac worked great it was quite hot so that was needed. There are extra charges for car washes and such but you can wash the car nearby the airport. It was very convenient to get to as well from the airport.

Mi sono trovato bene, noleggio di una settimana, macchina nuova e con tutti i confort. Consiglio di attivare la polizza che vi propongono abbassa la cauzione e introduce altre tutele che con la polizza base non ci sono.

New car - not what an ordered but this is often the case. Be aware; very strict damage rules -anything over the size of a hole punch hole is charged for. You are warned in advance. A small scratch on the wheel hub cost me €200. If like me you pre photo your hire car, remember to do wheel hubs too. Otherwise polite staff who were not too huffy and pushy when I explained I understood how my insurance worked and did not need their €200 of their own cover. It was explained to me that ANY damage to the car had to be reported to police by calling in person not by phone, even if I hit an inanimate stationary object. Hmmm anything to convince you to buy insurance and I get it, it’s how they make money.
