Super easy to communicate with MACK and they answered all my questions. Picked up a Renault Clio from Split airport for 2 weeks. Best price I could find after checking other agencies. Also included second driver and ferry access with no extra charges. While on the island of Brac I stupidly forgot my key in my pocket when I went in the water. That fried the key fob. I called and it was a Sunday afternoon on a national holiday but they answered and helped out. I was able to open the door manually and they made arrangements to ship me the spare on Monday. I tried a new battery on Monday morning and it worked so they didn’t have to send the spare. I would rent from them again.
