We made an order for 4000 euros plus money for work. It was scheduled for today to plant the bamabus at midday. They kept us waiting until 6:30pm, but since 13:30 they were saying they are on the way. So we did not leave tbe house for the entire day. We were driving for 1500km to sort this in time to then wait the whole day for nothing. When they arrived, they were making up a bunch of incredible stories of why they could not come, tried to lie that we only called 2 times (it was a dozen) and then they went to work at the neighbors house after all the waiting and kept us waiting for another hour. They also tried to sell us more products after all this and "design the whole garden" and they planned to tell us the design the same day they would come to plant it without even offering to show pictures. Not to mention that all of the I think 4people who arrived seemed to be intoxicated and one of them was so drunk he could not walk straight. He tried touching my husband's car and shouting to his collegue: "Hey, is that your car?" It is a sports car often getting attention. He had to be physically pulled away by his other collegue. The main person who arrived and also seemed intoxicated told me, that it is no problem that we were waiting. The owners should just replan everything, postpone their journey back to Czech Republic and leave later, after they will finish their work and that is not his problem that we were waiting. Obviously, there was no apology, decency or polite behavior. One could expect an apology after all this, but what we experienced was vulgar behavior with no respect or manners by drunk or otherwise intoxicated people. In the end, nothing was planted. We drove 1500km and waited all day for nothing. Drunk intoxicated people just unloaded bambus and left.
