Veniamo qui da molti anni, e torneremo, perché la location e la posizione in centro storico pedonale è fantastica, purtroppo negli ultimi anni sta scendendo di livello per incuria, temo che nessuno legga le recensioni perché l'ho fatto notare più volte, le stanze hanno bisogno di manutenzione, il nostro lavello non scaricava l'acqua.. c'è davvero bisogno di manutenzione, anche agli infissi dei bagni rovinati dall'acqua, gli accessori doccia... gli asciugamani lisi..basterebbe poco. Spero davvero di tornare e trovare delle migliorie perché l'ambiente lo merita davvero!

We had a pleasant stay at ZOIS Apartments and enjoyed it very well. We stayed one night longer than expected to experience more of the beautiful city.|The rooms were pretty tidy. We were happy to find a refrigerator and a kettle in both rooms we stayed in. The location is very close to main spots in Ljubljana and almost everything is within walking distance. |Good to know: There is no elevator and there is a busy street close to the apartement. For parking the cheapest way is to park your car along the river 5 min south of the apartments (0.50€/hour from 07-19).|All in all we had a good time in Ljubljana and we can recommend the ZOIS Apartments for a short trip to Ljubljana.

We booked this apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. However, they mistakenly recorded the children's ages as 0, and we were charged an additional 60 euros for the kids despite the apartment supposedly accommodating up to 6 people. The check-in process was lengthy and frustrating. The apartment itself was very old, with several broken items. The bed was incredibly hard, more like sleeping on a table. Noise was a constant issue, and we were rudely awakened at 6 AM by someone cutting the grass right outside the window. The worst part of our stay was the so-called "safe" parking spot they recommended, just 200 meters away at "Nuk 2". In the morning, we found our car with a broken window and several items stolen. The police informed us that such incidents are common in that "secure" parking area. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. We highly recommend choosing accommodation a bit further from the city center with genuinely safe parking and polite, helpful staff. Avoid this place if you can.

Zois apartments was a great place to stay. I was with a mate, and they accommodated by adding an extra bed. Very comfortable room, office was open for anything we needed, kitchen was excellent, location was great. I recommend it as a place to stay.

Everything was perfect about this place. I had a studio room and it was the perfect size for me. You get more space than you normally would in a hotel room, and the location is absolutely perfect. Right on the main row of downtown Ljubljana, but at the end so you're away from any possible noise. Tons of cafes in walking distance. Bus stop is right across the street. The lady at the main desk was very helpful as well. The only thing I would suggest as feedback to improve on is when I arrived late at night for check-in, I had a hard time finding the lobby. I called and they told me it was on the 3rd floor - which was then easy to find. The next day I saw a sign on the first floor about going to the 3rd floor, but it was pretty small and easy to miss. All in all though, highly recommend getting an apartment here for your trip to Slovenia.

Our wonderful night in the deluxe apartment at Zois was an absolute pleasure. The spacious room featured tastefully chosen furnishings, creating a warm and inviting setting for our short stay. Nestled in a fantastic location, we enjoyed easy access to the serene river, historic centre, and many charming cafes, bars, and restaurants. With beautiful views of both the river and castle, our experience was nothing short of a truly perfect stay.

Experience horible! L'heure d'arrivée est notée à 22h et sans nous prévenir (enfin apparament un mail jamais reçu) l'heure est passée à 20h nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 devant une porte fermée, aucune réponse ni au téléphone ni par mail. résultats on a dû dormir dehors avec toute nos affaires dans une ville qu'on ne connaît pas dans un pays qu'on connaît pas et par -4 ! Le lendemain on a appelé pour en parler et la dame de la réception s'est moqué de nous et a bien rigolé de notre situation.. aucune empathie et à fini par me raccroché au nez ! Attention ⚠ à éviter absolument

Awesome stay here for 4 nights. Our group occupied 3 of the apartments on the 2nd floor and were all very happy. Receptionist Nina extremely friendly and helpful. Beds a bit hard but great pillows. Great showers. Decor gloriously old. Bakery and mini mart just over the bridge. Easy walk to everywhere in the city. Restaurants all around.

L'appartamento era situato nel centro della città, per cui era davvero comodo. Circa gli spazi relativi al nostro appartamento, devo sollevare però alcune piccole critiche: non era presente, una porta che separasse la zona notte dalla cucina. Riguardo al bagno, era sprovvisto di finestra, e di eventuale filtro dell'aria. In compenso la ragazza della reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ed ha cercato di soddisfare i nostri bisogni e le nostre richieste.

Great location, apartment spacious.||Few things let it down.||Bathroom ceiling plaster coming off in chunks daily, which left a mess....no broom. ||Had been told,cleaners would come by every two days with fresh towels, didn't happen||The beds were the worst, would have been best to have slept on the floor.||Room advertised cable TV, didn't, approached the service provider company, they were not helpful.||We could no longer stay another night, four nights were enough, we ended up leaving earlier than planned.||Would we recommend this place? NO||Would we return NO||If these issues were addressed? NO||Why not? The visitor book had mentioned these same issues for year's.
