We stayed for one night, it was a really nice experience! Really spacious room, warm, clean, in the best location right at the center of Ljubljana. If you visit the city during December, you will enjoy also the Christmas markets that are placed just outside of the apartment!

Nice room and friendly staff. The location is perfect right in the city center, perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Although they could use some new bedsheets as they had a lot of holes in them and looked quite old. The room also had a small fridge and a microwave.

not recommend terrible staff. at night, half an hour before arrival, the reservation was canceled, although I contacted and said that I was already arriving. explained that the credit card is not valid, although the conditions of the reservation were paid upon arrival. although I did not understand why they tried to write off the entire amount immediately and they didn’t get it, and reminded themof cash payment upon check-in. the first time I come across this, it’s just that the hotel behaved just like that at night, despite the fact that I was in touch with them. I had to look for a new hotel at night!

Sono stata con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento per due notti. È molto pulito, i letti sono molto grandi e comodi ma purtroppo è sprovvisto di tovaglie, asciugapiatti e di coperte aggiuntive. La posizione è centralissima quindi è molto facile raggingere il centro comodamente a piedi.

Super enkratno doživetje.....
We stayed 3 nights in the comfort studio of Zois apartments. It was generous in size, nicely furnished and well appointed with everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was also very large. The location was wonderful with easy access to the river, the historic centre, cafes, bars, restaurants and market. We were able to park our motorbike inside the building which was a bonus.
Landed there by mistake because I booked at the Galeria River and the staff sent me to those appartements (maybe because they had no other rooms ?). |The room was clean, the appartements are very well located in Ljubljana just by the river. and the staff is very nice they showed us things to do !

We stayed in the one room apartment for three nights. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The location is also excellent and it's easy to walk to all the sights and the view from the room was great. One star deducted because in hot weather there isn't air-conditioning and the windows needed to stay open, and the street noise was pretty loud. In cooler weather I could imagine that it's not very noisy with windows closed. Overall a nice place to stay!

The apartment was not very clean. The shower didn’t drain and it stank very bad. It turned out that it was completely clogged with dirt and hair. We had to take out the filter ourselves, not to flood the apartment whilst showering. Not to mention a nail of one of the previous guests on the floor. When we mentioned at the reception, they only apologized for the inconvenience and they would have it cleaned.||The kitchen looked clean, but when using it all the handles felt a bit sticky/greasy. Same goes for the dust balls behind the night stands.||Furthermore there was no elevator. I think it’s good to clearly mention this on the website, especially for elderly or disabled people.||Upside of the apartment is that it was very spacious and in a nice part of town.
