Very nice hotel the food was very good and the staff were so friendly especially the waiters at dinner always smiling.|The only things we weren't so happy with was in the rooms it was shirt on storage the wardrobes were not too bad but trying to get decent shelves it was hard the table in the room looks good but not practical as if it had drawers under it would be great and the only other thing was the cocktails were not the best very weak the only person who made decent ones was Denta or similar think he should teach the others other than these couple of things the rest was good.

Positives include - lovely staff, no sun bed wars, great air con, lovely pool, bedrooms good, entertainment a bit of fun - lucky to have brilliant weather. |Things that need improvement - hotel is tired and needs a revamp - both inside and out / but they do try their best with the facilities they have and do listen to feedback.|Not on par with other Tui blue hotels elsewhere but this didn’t stop us having a great week with some lovely people. |Shout out to Erik in the restaurant/ bar and the fun keep fit in the pool with Jennifer - along with other staff.|Would I return ??? Questionable !!

We really enjoyed our stay here for two weeks in July, staying in room 403.||||The staff are the key to this being such a lovely place to stay – every single one of them smiles and works hard throughout the day. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. From the warm greeting from the management team through to the young staff collecting glasses around the pool, everyone is friendly and seemingly happy in their work. The animation team do their best to set up activities for all. We would give a special mention to Deta on the bar, Jovanka in the restaurant but it almost feels wrong to single out those two when everyone is so lovely.||||It was our wedding anniversary while we were there, and the hotel greeted us with cards, petals and chocolates in the room and decorated the table in the Culinarium on the actual day. It’s these little touches that make the hotel feel really special.||||Enough people have mentioned the look of the outside and the view of the car park but don’t let that put you off. If you are on a higher floor over the car park, you have a gorgeous view of Old Medulin and it’s churches.||||The food is good. As a gluten free pescetarian, I always found something tasty to eat and Tomas will cook you something extra if you don’t like what is on offer. It’s not all cold but there is a microwave if you want to heat anything up.||||Drinks are also good and there are 21 cocktails available on the AI menu. Think we drank our body weights in Flat White Martinis and Aperol Spritz.||||Yes, a few bits of the hotel look a bit dated but it’s absolutely clean and immaculately presented. We felt we got good value knowing it was a 4*.||||Definitely take a trip to Pula – the local bus stops outside and is 2.50 euros for a 25-minute ride. Try to find your way into the tunnels from either street level or go down in the lift from the fort.

Then 3 days before arrival, they rang us to tell us they had overbooked the hotel and they were going to move us to another hotel nearby!|They then promised a partial refund, which we never received, despite them lying to us and coming with various excuses.|Worst experience with a hotel ever!!!

Ich kann nur sagen, dass uns der Urlaub super gefallen hat! Das Engegament und die Höflichkeit des Personals sind wie das Buffet und die Drinks erste Sahne gewesen! Jederzeit wieder!

Only complaint was food. All ok but repetitious and not enough fish dishes. Chips too salty! |A la carte restaurant menu needs a bit of work! |Everything else top notch - |Staff, rooms, entertainment, sun bathing area, reception very helpful!

Lovely week at this hotel. The room while not huge was very comfortable. the bed was huge/comfy with a memory foam mattress. The air con worked well and wasn't too noisy, it kept a nice constant cool temperature in the room. Very clean and well maintained.|The interior of the hotel is lovely and the staff are all very friendly and work hard.|I liked the policy of not being able to reserve sunbeds before 9am. No wristbands or restrictions.|Very quick check in, rooms available from 11.30am.|This is the first Tui Blue I have stayed in so can't compare that but we have stayed in a few 4* AI elsewhere. Food was nice and varied. Cocktails were lovely and beer/wine was fine.|Improvements - Painting the exterior of the building. The pool bar and the decking/seating outside needs some work. I didn't like all the dirty ashtrays on top of the water dispenser outside. Nothing major but just could improve the appearance.|Would I return - YES. Lovely hotel in nice location. I didn't want to come home.

There is nothing really to dislike about the hotel, the staff are great, the food is good, the hotel is clean, but where it lets itself down is being advertised as a TUI Blue. If you have been to other TUI Blue Hotels then you may be disappointed from your expectations, because this hotel is below par of other European TUI blue Hotels. There is nothing to complain about the staff, Tamara and Tia behind the bar aswell and the majority of the staff are fantastic and Jennifer (the aqua pool fitness queen) has so much energy, it's just a shame that the environment in which they work could be improved for the staff and resident's to experience the real standard of a TUI blue hotel. We have been lucky enough and had the pleasure of experiencing the facilities at other destinations within TUI blue hotel resorts and every time they hit the mark, but on this occasion we were disappointed. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice hotel, great staff, decent enough food, nice pool area ( though showing signs of tiredness), the hotel needs brightening up with its exterior colour scheme, in which these things could easily be corrected, but a white painted shed ( the pool bar) with a spongy wooden decking seating area does not bide well for TUI, the bars serving only cheap and low sugar pop for sofk drinks and mixers is dissapointing considering the premium price paid and other TUI Blues having named soft drinks ie Coke Cola, if people are coming here for there first time these types of experiences may put guests off paying the premium of other TUI blue resorts and experiencing what TUI Blue does fantasticily and I know are capable of implementing here to make future visits better for future guests. Tui you need to raise the bar a bit to advertise this under the banner of TUI Blue hotel.

From start to finish the quality of service from the staff was excellent. We’ve only ever experienced this level of service before on cruises, so well done to all the staff|The non reservation of sunbeds before 9 was very welcome & was always adhered to. There were always some available, both around the pool & in the gardens.|There are no restrictions on changing the pool towels|The whole hotel was spotlessly clean|We were initially a little disappointed with our room as it overlooked the kitchen roof & did not have any sun until early evening & then only a small corner. However this did not bother us as the holiday progressed as we were hardly ever in there & we hadn’t paid extra for a sea view anyway|The rooms were a bit low on storage as there was only I drawer but plenty of hanging room. |It was a nice surprise not to have to pay for a safe|The food was nice & was replenished with alacrity. It was the standard cakes & ice cream for desserts which we have come to expect from abroad holidays. The breakfasts were really good, as for the evening meal, I am a fussy eater but always managed to find something. They did cooking on request every night. Fresh tuna was on the menu a couple of nights.|Lunch was good as well|The sea is only a short walk through the back gate of the hotel. It is a pebbly beach but a sandy one is only a short walk away|There isn’t much to do nearby but the harbour is only about 15 mins away & has a few shops |There is a bus stop just outside the hotel & a trip to Pula cost £2.50 each way & only took about 1/2 hr.|We booked a boat trip for 5 hrs with a stop off swim around some caves & then stopping on an island beach with a small snack bar for a couple of hours. Lunch was provided ( just palatable) & the ‘free drinks’ were pretty dire but we had a good time. This cost 40 euros each. They were selling many different trips down by the harbour.|There was some evening entertainment, some very good & some just so so|The only downside was the drinks. Apart from beer, nothing was cold as the mixers & soft drinks were kept on the side & the fizzy bottles of pop were left open all the time. There was plenty of ice though if you wanted it.|This was the only grouse we had all holiday so had a really pleasant time

We stayed with two other couples for a week.|On arrival I had to say the hotel is not the prettiest place to look at,but once you got inside it was very different the place was very nice,the whole place was spotless the bar restaurant outside areas were cleaned continuously.|The bedroom and bathroom very clean good linen and changed as you wanted it.|The two wardrobes were enough for what you needed.|The food was good the staff were very friendly cannot fault it really.

Just got home from a week at the hotel, we really have mixed feelings, we do have positives but a few things could have been better, I will give an honest review as we have been to many 4 and 5 star all inclusive hotels but this was our first in Croatia. The review is purely of the hotel as we didn’t venture far.||Pros:||Super fast and efficient check in, down at the pool by 11.30 am. Room quite small and basic but spotlessly clean, as the rest of the hotel. ||Plenty of sun beds all day, spread around the hotel, you still get the reserving of beds before 9.00 as people sit there until the staff have been round then go for breakfast. ||Not much of a queue for drinks.||Fantastic service from all staff and definitely with a smile.||Also very friendly guests and a lovely social vibe at the hotel||Now for the negatives and probably what would make us not return as it’s aimed at the food and drink.||The food was very badly presented, no variation really during the week, mainly, meat, potatoes and bland vegetables, all the hot food was lukewarm. Breakfast had a fairly good choice, lunch, if you like cold meats, salads, soup, but not a lot of variety Evening meal was a struggle most evenings, cottage pie and mushy peas. They are definitely catering for the English but not all of us want a roast dinner every day. Was hoping for more traditional dishes.||The al a carte restaurant is a must as the 3 courses were very good and lovely atmosphere.||Deserts were ice cream or various cakes every day. They really need to have more fish or vegetables dishes, not frozen peas and carrots. There were a lot of guests that felt the same and referred to the food as school dinners, a real shame as I am sure it could be improved. ||The snacks at 4.00 were just a few bits from the lunch. Also with drinks there were no nibbles, crisps or nuts, all hotels usually offer this.||The drink selection was average. Wine was drinkable and a few cocktails were ok but a lot made with very sweet syrups, not really the real thing. After dinner drinks and aperitifs were not available unless you paid for them, another negative as all inclusive always include them, tia Maria, liminchello, Cointreau, ports, Campari to name a few.||The hotel has potential but I think they need to take on board what the guests would like and definitely up their game on the food. ||I would like to thank the amazing staff who really went the extra mile and are doing a marvellous job, would we return, maybe in a few years and please paint the building white and add a few hanging baskets!!!

Excellent staff and food to match. Don't be deceived by outside looks. Fun classes orn during the day but night time could do with an outside space. Indoors gets warm. Would recommend as relaxing place to be.

Das Hotel ist eher was für ältere Personen. Die Zimmer sind etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Matratzen mehr als durchgelegen. Zimmer sehr klein. Stauraum nur zwei sehr schmale Schränke ohne Ablageflächen. Es geht nur ein Leben aus dem Koffer.. Badreinigung bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob die wirklich stattgefunden hat . An den Türklinken war weisser Staub oder Pulver. Toilette immer verschmiert, genauso Waschbecken und Armatur. Duschkopf musste ich mit Haargummi festbinden, weil er kaputt war. Und sonst auch noch an allen möglichen Stellen Spritzer bzw. Ist dort irgendwas runter gelaufen. Trotz bescheid geben, nix passiert. Essen war wirklich lecker, allerdings immer nur lauwarm oder kalt, was mich nicht wundert, bei einer Raumtemperatur von gefühlt 15°. Etwas zuviel des Guten beim abkühlen 😊 Auch war das Geschirr nie wirklich sauber. Egal ob Gläser, Teller oder Besteck, man fand von 10 mindestens 7 schmutzige. Tipp : immer was Warmes für obenrum einpacken und einfach wegschauen! Strand : der rechts gelegene ist an sich ja schön, allerdings ist das Wasser in der "Bucht" einfach nicht sauber (schlammig) , da sich da alles fängt. Und es ist auch sehr niedrig. Tipp : Die Gäste sollen links etwa 500m gehen, dort ist das Meer wie man es erwartet und wunderschön 😊 Der Pool 🙈 so kalt, dass sogar abgehärtete Männer Schwierigkeiten hatten, da rein zu gehen. Da wurde einem nicht mal beim angebotenen Wasseraktivitäten warm. Zum kurz abkühlen ok, aber länger ging nicht. Abendunterhaltung fand nur innen statt, was echt schade war, weil es erstens arschkalt war und man eigentlich den Abend draußen genießen möchte. Aber ok, die "Terrasse" ist auch nicht gerade groß. Das Aktivitätenprogramm war wirklich gut und haben wir auch öfter dran teilgenommen. Getränkeangebot hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und es war wirklich all inkl. Personal sehr freundlich 😊 Hotel gut gelegen für Ausflüge, was wir oft genutzt haben.
