Me quedé en el hotel con un grupo de amigas el 22/07/2025. La ubicación excelente, muy céntrico. El hotel es cómodo, pero necesita actualizarse, todo es muy antiguo. El personal de recepción, salvo alguna excepción, debe mejorar mucho en cuanto al trato personal. Escasa amabilidad y hasta muestras de antipatía.

A great hotel with a strategic location. Many tourist groups stay here, because when I was there, large groups were arriving and departing every day. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have comfortable beds. The bathroom is quite clean, but the tap water doesn't seem to be drinkable, as there's no information on that. The hotel's design is a bit outdated but well-maintained. There's a spacious gym with a wide selection of exercise equipment, a large swimming pool, and a spa. I really liked the infused water always available in the lobby as a complimentary treat.

While the facilities at the Westin Zagreb could benefit from some renovation — with dated interiors and wavy corridor carpets that hint at the hotel's age — the location is excellent and puts you right in the heart of the city. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the staff. From check-in to check-out, every team member I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. In fact, the exceptional service made me overlook the physical wear and tear of the building. The team is undoubtedly the hotel’s greatest asset — they are the reason I’m giving five stars. With such people at the helm, the Westin Zagreb still delivers a memorable and positive stay.

The Westin zagrab is located about 15 minute walk from the center of town. It is made like your basic Westin. It feels old and doesn’t have any character of hip vibe like w hotels or ac hotels. I wish they would change this. It is more of a conference center hotel. However it’s clean and newly refurbished inside with a very large gym and pool. We stayed here for only one night and the breakfast was really good. We were welcome with a great suite upgrade, which was a nice touch for being titanium.

Major renovation need to be done to the rooms Breakfast is great Lobby ad services are also great Staff are friendly and helpful Just the rooms, we stayed in the presidential suite and most of the things seems not to work, some lights doesn't operate, air condition is in bad condition, mattresses looked old and not up to Westin standard around the world, carpets need major resostartion, so alot of work to be done there

Very nice hotel in the center of Zagreb. The restaurant of the hotel was on the high level of food. Very satisfied.
