We had e been to many places and countries, and definitely this resort was very well organised from all prospect views .Spotless from clean prospective, food is very good. Very family friendly resort.

The hotel complex is visually very attractive, with well-maintained surroundings and modern facilities. Unfortunately, my personal experience was heavily impacted by the poor attitude of the staff and the way a major issue was handled upon arrival. When we arrived, our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel’s claim that all rooms are non-smoking. I asked for a room change, but the front desk informed me that the hotel was fully booked and instead offered to “clean” the room. However, this cleaning involved only spraying a strong disinfectant or air freshener in such a quantity that the air became difficult to breathe. Even though I also requested a refund due to the unavailability of another room, this was firmly refused by the hotel staff. As I was traveling with my four-year-old daughter, who was already tired, I decided to try staying in the room and airing it out. Unfortunately, even with the large balcony doors open, it didn’t help — I developed a headache, irritation in my eyes and nose, and noticed blood traces when blowing my nose. When my daughter started coughing in her sleep, I packed up our things, carried her sleeping into the car, and at midnight began searching for another hotel. What was perhaps most frustrating was the complete lack of interest from the front desk staff — and at times, their attitude was even unpleasant. None of the receptionists were willing to come and inspect the room. One even responded, “Why would I do that?” — something I find totally unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. Whenever I asked to speak with a manager, I was told one wasn’t available. Not once during the entire situation was I given the opportunity to speak with someone in charge. Only after filing an official complaint was I offered a new room the next day afternoon — which was fine, and I decided to stay. Upon further request, the hotel offered one complimentary dinner for us, worth €56. However, I believe this compensation is far from adequate. The cost of the unused night was much higher, not to mention the additional expenses (a different hotel, night-time relocation with small kid, health discomfort, and a ruined first impression of our holiday). This situation — which a professional hotel should be able to manage with empathy and flexibility — was completely mishandled. Despite the beautiful setting and modern facilities, the lack of proper response from the staff was enough to discourage me from considering a return visit.

Hotel je jako čist i moderan. Bazen i plaža su jako lijepo uređeni i stvarno odlični. Sobe su malo male. Hotel je stvarno super, ali konobari na bazenskom baru su katastrofa. Nijedan konobar ne govori hrvatski. Ima ih četvero, ali ipak nitko ne dolazi poslužiti, već gosti moraju sami ići do bara i naručiti. Šteta, nekad to u Hrvatskoj nije bilo tako. Teško je naći nekoga iz osoblja tko govori hrvatski.

Brand new modern accommodation, clean in every part, very clean rooms. We were in an apartment overlooking the street and we could see the sea from the balcony. The apartment is fully equipped and you have everything you need if you want to prepare your own food. We still ate breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant and the food is always fresh, varied and excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the organization in such a young complex, the staff is helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to Relja and the children's animation team, our little girl loved them. We were blown away by the bar on the beach "Fjaka", which has a great atmosphere and good music. The beach is beautiful, and if rocky and a bit slippery (swimming shoes are mandatory), that's what makes it special. The pools are large, with a special section for non-swimmer children, clean and with heated water. The city of Pula is only half an hour's drive away, which you can reach with your own vehicle or hotel transportation. If you come by car, free parking is available in the hotel grounds and in the garage (with extra charge), which was very important to us. Excellent value for money, perfect for a pleasant holiday with children. We will surely come again.

Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung! Die Zimmer waren schlicht und hatten alles Notwendige. Die Räume im Zimmer sind allerdings nicht gut abgetrennt. So war zum Beispiel das Wohnzimmer vom Schlafzimmer durch eine Glasschiebetür getrennt. Man konnte alles durchhören. Der Service war eigentlich top, aber die Zimmer werden nur jeden zweiten Tag geputzt. Der Standort war etwas abgelegen, aber die Lage am Meer ist schön. Hervorheben möchte ich noch die vielen Aktivitäten die einem hier angeboten werden.

Opäť super dovolenka. Resort sme navštívili už po tretí krát, takže sme vedeli do čoho ideme. Poskytované služby (recepcia, reštaurácia, bar, market a herňa) na dobrej úrovni a upratovací personál bol vždy milí. Hotelový bazén sme využili len dvakrát a pre dané podmienky bohato vystačuje. Výber a počet lehátok je taktiež optimálny. Je na každom, či preferuje bazén alebo hotelovú pláž. My sme primárne využívali zákutia okolitej prírody mimo "civilizáciu". Súčasťou areálu je aj športovisko (2x beach voleybal, pingpongový stôl a preliezky), čo je príjemný bonus a prevádzka bola až do hlbokej noci :-). Čo sa týka vyžitia, tak hneď u hotelu je požičovňa štvorkoliek a bicyklov, a na pláži šliapadlá a padelboardy. Tentokrát sme dostali iný, väčší rezidentný apartmán z dôvodu, že naše dieťa nie je už dieťa :-). Priestor a vybavenie OK, osobne nám chýbal džbán na čaj, ale poradili sme si. Výmena ručníkov každý druhý deň, čo bohato stačí. Možno výtka na zamyslenie je politika hotelu, čo sa týka parkovania v garáží. V 2024 bolo 5€/deň, teraz 2025 7€/deň, čo už trochu odradí človeka využiť tento nadštandard. Neviem prečo táto služba nie je (skrytá) ako súčasť ceny pobytu. Garážové státie bolo vždy z polovice prázdne?! Ďalší bod je využitie práčovne, ktorá aktuálne stojí 7€/1h. Možno ak by bolo jedno pranie za zvýhodnenú cenu 3,5€ ako bonus pre ubytovaných a ďalšie pranie za aktuálnu cenu 7€ by stálo tiež možno na zamyslenie. Tak sa uvidíme opäť o rok...

Belle résidence avec deux grandes piscines où nous ne nous sentions pas à l'étroit malgré le fait que l'hôtel soit complet ! La plage est très jolie également avec transat et parasol disponible ! Le seul bémol la restauration trop cher pour le niveau de qualité, 15€ le petit de déjeuner, 28€ le dîner buffet sans les boissons c'est beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la région et aux prix appliqués par les restaurants traditionnels aux alentours. Les glaces sont trop petite pour 2.5€ la boule, les glaces artisanales que l'on peut trouver à Medulin ou Pula sont au même prix mais nettement plus grosse !

Wir waren da mit meinem Mann und 2 Kindern. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Was uns besonders gefallen hat war der privat Strand mit genügend Liegen. Das Resort ist neu, Modern und sauber. Einziges was mir gefehlt hat in unserem Zimmer war eine Spülmaschine. Aber das ist nicht so tragisch.

Wir waren als Familie mit meiner Schwester ihrem Mann,meine Nichte und unseren Eltern bei euch für eine Woche auf Urlaub. Es war alles sehr schön in der Anlage. Schöne Liegen am Pool und am Strand. Bei der Animation war immer für jeden was dabei. Meine Nichte war sehr vom miniklub und den Betreuern begeistert. Am besten hat ihr die kinderdisco gefallen bei der sie immer mit Begeisterung mitgetanzt hat. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

nice hotel, very nice location, private beach (bring shoes to wear on the sand/stone across all of croatia!) very nice food, pool, amneties. excellent for little kids (loads of entertainment for kids aged between 3/4 to 10 or so).

Zeer mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel, leuk animatieteam, lekker eten, prachtige zwembaden en mooie, nette, ruime kamers. Wij hadden een kamer met zicht op het zwembad en dan heb je automatisch ook zicht op zee. In de nabije omgeving kan je suppen, kajakken, windsurfen, snorkelen,... Top!
