Miła obsługa. WiFi trochę się rozłączało. Śniadanie może być-ale kawa nie dobra. Pokoje czyste. U mnie jednak była lodówka, z której bardzo się cieszyłam. Klimatyzacja raczej kiepsko działa. Blisko jest Kaufland i Lidl. Hotel mieści po za centrum około 4 km. Ale jak najbardziej dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania nawet bez samochodu. Autobusy jeżdżą nawet punktualne i jest już rozkład na Google. Przystanek jest bardzo blisko hotelu. Bez problemu autobusem lokalnym i flixbusem odwiedziłam - biblijne, Sukošan, Pakoštane, Biograd na Moru , Pirovac - piękne miasteczka. Polecam.

Osobiście nie lubię pisać komentarzy zawsze opinie pozostawiam dla siebie i tylko dziele sie z nimi z moimi znajomymi, ale tym razem jestem zmuszona zrobic wyjątek, ponieważ powiem szczerze zarezerwowałam hotel miesiac wcześniej przed wyjazdem w bardzo atrakcyjnej cenie i to jest pierwszy z plusów jakie chce podkreślić. (Z opcją opłaty przed przyjazdem ) wszystko super ale przed wyjazdem jak chce juz opłacić patrzę a tam straszna opiniia na temat hotelu, zaczyna mnie to bardzo nie pokoic ponieważ jadę ja jako kobieta w ciazy z dzieckiem a obsługa i hotel zależało mi aby był udanym wyborem. Jak wiecie na ostatnią chwilę trudno znałeś coś wiec jadę na ryzyko z wielkim strachem.... Teraz powiem tak od pierwszej minuty bycia tam poczułam sie tak dobrze przyjęta personel wspaniały byliśmy tam 7 dni wiec każda zmianę poznaliśmy i mowie szczerze każdy spaniały recepcja 24/7 Uśmiechnięci chętnie pomoc w różnych jezykach rozmawiają. Dostaliśmy mapę gdzie polecają nam pojechać z dzieckiem na plażę zeby było dobrze. O parkingach w Chorwacji powiedzieli no poprostu super. Serwis każdego dnia od 10 zaczyna sprzątać pyta czy cos potrzeba no poprostu super. Pokoje nie sa jakieś super wysoki standard ale nie sa zle łozka materace łazienka Stolik klima wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy były. Restouracja ze śniadaniem obiadem i kolacja. W stylu bufetu (do wyboru do koloru) na słodko na słono no naprawdę super. Obsługa w restouracji super !!!!! I co dla nas było ważne bardzo parking i lokalizacja parking jest ich na terenie hotelu sa miejsca o której nie przyjedziesz. Lokalizacja nie daleko restouracje piekarnia lidl Kaufland stacja benzynowa wszystko jest apteka. Jestem bardzo zadowolona i nie żałuję wyboru przykre jest jak ludzie pisa tak nieprawdziew opinii i oczekują nie wiem co .... winada schodzy wszystko jest duzy wybor pokoij patio z ogródkiem. Ja jeszcze tam wrócę i wam polecam bardzo. Jedna rzecz jaką mi brakowała w pokoju to czajnik i kawa Ale restouracja jest na parterze wiec można tam sie zgłosić I plac zabaw na terenie hotelu dla dzieci pozostałe wszystko super Serdecznie pozdrawiam personel i do zobaczenia !!!

Hazafelé menet lerobbant az autónk, ezért a szervíz közelében kerestünk gyorsan egy szállást. Este 9 óra után még volt szabad szobájuk, aminek nagyon örültünk. A reggeli finom és bőséges volt. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. Nem a legmodernebbek a szobák, de tiszták és az ágyak is nagyon kényelmesek.

Just had a great two night stay here. Better than a basic three star. Half board option provides a simple breakfast and evening meal that are great value. Rooms are very clean Service is superb: packed breakfast option was no trouble. Lots of parking and not too far from Zadar centre. Highly recommend.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. We stayed there as part of a friend’s wedding, and I had booked two double rooms with breakfast a month and a half in advance through a direct email with their sales team, who confirmed the reservation. Upon arrival at 10:45 PM, the night receptionist couldn’t find our confirmed booking and said we were listed for the next day, telling us to “figure it out” for that night. You can imagine our reaction after a 6-hour drive and being told to just manage on our own. After insisting, two more receptionists appeared and contacted a very rude and unprofessional front desk manager by phone. They managed to find alternative accommodation but initially insisted that I pay for it myself, claiming it was only one night anyway and that I would’ve paid for that night at their hotel. After exhausting negotiations, the hotel manager got involved and agreed to cover the cost of that night’s alternative accommodation. The next morning, a kind receptionist called early to let us know that they now had two rooms for us and that we could come back to the hotel. I later found out that we weren’t the only ones with the same issue, as this involved a larger group. I decided to overlook it because I came for a wedding and didn’t want more stress. Unfortunately, after returning home, several days passed and no one reached out with an apology. Since the management didn’t apologize in person the next day, I sent an email first and only then received an apology. Sadly, they deserve a lower rating than 1, but since I can’t give that, this experience reflects that hospitality, professionalism, and culture have no place here.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. The room was very hot, and the air conditioning didn't cool us sufficiently. In fact, the entire hotel was hot, and some of the air conditioners were off. Furthermore, the WiFi didn't reach everywhere, and we had no internet in our room.

Nečiste i ne opran WC a drugu sobu koju su mi dali smrdi kanalizacija ko da si u javnom WC u nadam se da ću preživjeti do ujutro. Hrana jednolična bez puno ideja.

Fica um pouco distante do centro e das praias, mas para quem tem carro é perfeito. Parque de estacionamento grande e gratuito. Os quartos são grandes, não são modernos, mas são confortáveis. Tem um jardim onde é possível beber o café, mas não permitem que se coma nessa zona. O pequeno almoço não era mau, mas consegui me aperceber que o pão não era sempre do dia. |Alguns aspetos negativos: a TV não funcionava, a cortina do duche mostrava aspeto sujo e de desgaste e alguns funcionários não foram assim muito acessíveis

The staff at the reception were all very kind! I had an early flight and they offered a breakfast package for on the way because my breakfast was included. And also the next morning they helped me with finding my Uber! Nevertheless, the room was was not as great. It smelled like heavy sigarets and every 15 minutes there was a weird sound. I didn't get much sleep.
