Thank you for the time we spent at your hotel! Our stay in Belgrade was wonderful – but definitely too short. We have to come back. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the location is perfect for walking and exploring the sights. We even got to ride a tram around the city, where public transport is free. This is my second time staying at this hotel. My friend and I really enjoyed our trip. The hotel is located close to the city center. I definitely recommend this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and cozy. Jelena (I hope I spelled it correct :D) at the reception desk was very helpful. We thank them for everything.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück enttäuschend und Zimmer leider sehr abgewohnt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gering und leider wurde nicht ausreichend aufgefüllt - einmal um 9:20 und einmal um 8:15 getestet. Das Restaurant bzw die Bar hat mittags & abends kein Essen angeboten - man darf aber kein Essen oder Trinken von auswärts aufs Zimmer bringen. Das Zimmer war in keinem guten Zustand: Halterungen im Bad sind lose, die Toilettenspülung hat nicht richtig funktioniert, der Tretmülleimer war kaputt und die Einrichtung allgemein ist stark abgewohnt.

I was in a very bad situation. The hotel is very close to Portugal embassy. We parked our car in fron of the embassy and they took our car to somewhere else. Hotel menager and staff helped us a lot and tried to relieve us with all they can do. They helped us to find car, go to the location with taxi with discount. I cannot tell how much I appreciate.

Thank you so much to the hotel. We were left without accommodation at the last minute, and we arrived at reception at 2 a.m., and they gave us a room without any problems. It couldn't have been better! Thank you so much.

A very strange situation with the hotel.|Therefore, it is difficult to evaluate it. We arrived at 1 a.m., barely made it, in the end, at the reception, the employee told me that a message had come to me that we would be accommodated in another hotel.|Nothing like that came, but there were messages about transfers and excursions.|Why we are accommodated in another hotel is unclear. It's a good thing that the employee called a taxi for us. But he also told us the name of the hotel, we found it on the map and asked if it was the same hotel. To which we received an agreement.|In the end, the taxi took us to a different place, and it turned out that the names were similar and we had found the wrong hotel on the map. Fortunately, the hotel we ended up in was just as good, and we enjoyed our stay. However, I have to lower my rating for this situation.

Super Lage, unkomplizierter Check in/out. Preis- Leistungsverhaltniss ist Top Minus Punkt ist, es hat nur 1 Lift im Hotel und auf den muss man teilweise lange warten. Frühstück könnte mehr Konfitüren haben. Es hat nur Aprikose und Nutela. Alles in allem ist es aber in Ordnung. Es hat auch viele Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Umgebung.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable, the TV has several English news channels (yes, I'm a news geek). Mini bar was well filled with soft drinks and two beers. Only a very minor remark: the table is so-so for work with a classic laptop.
